Great staff & service. Usually very clean.Recently I had my toddler with me when I was picking up a catering order and a staff member quickly offered to help me to my car. The order had everything I needed and was ready early.
i wish there was not even 1 star review for them,veRy bad service ,the lady on counter made us repeat same order 10 times,still she gave us wrong food orders !pizza was cold as f...and taste really bad ,soup was cold ,manager was soooo rude and didnt even say sorry for their mistake,i was there 1st time ,WILL NEVER GO BACK TO WASTE My MONEY AGAIN MANAGER WAS SOO RUD EAND VERY DISRESPECTFULL,WHO MADE HIM MANAGER I DONT KNOW
We did not get dish we ordered , we told one of the workers 10 TIMES about what dish we wanted and still we did not get the right order, we told the manager about and he was very RUDE TOWARDS me and my sister. THAT MANAGER SHOULD FET FIRED .
Great if you have an unlimited expense account from your job or are used to severely overpriced vacation resort food.Small bowl (like 4 tablespoons) of mac and cheese? (You don't get to see the portion sizes before you order) Almost $7. With coffee and a (small) bagel where you spread your own cream cheese, all told, $13. Holy sweet Jesus.See photo.Would have gone to chipotle but they were temporarily closed.Not exactly sure how this place is surviving in a Walmart parking lot in Farmingdale.BTW, Reading other reviews about 'rude' or 'inattentive' staff and they're nothing but professional here. Then again I have to admit I'm a white male. I forget my privilege sometimes.One thing they do have is a fireplace. Go figure.

Young lady at the restaurant was very nice. And the food was very good and fresh.
The staff that work here need a lesson in how to interact with customers. We were never greeted when we came in. We had pickup, so we asked about our order the worker never spoke a word. She just looked at us with a annoyed face. They were closing shop before time, there was nobody to help you behind the desk. When you go up to the counter they look at you and continue what they're doing like you're not there. After I had to get their attention, I was given a dirty cup. I asked for a new one they looked like why are you bothering me. Plus she didn't say a word just put her hand out for the dirty cup. Part of my order was canceled, I think because they didn't want to make it because they wanted to close early. I've never experienced anything like this at a Panera. Would not recommend this location at all.
Food is always fresh and service is excellent !
