Whoever is working tonight 4/18/22 11:19pm told me & my husband they closed at 11 but were still taking people after 11pm online it says it closes at 12am manager needs to be one down on staff about how customers are treated will be calling in the morning to report employee

Hit or miss when they take your order. It's usually only right when a manager takes your order.

This is my third time visiting this location. For some reason the chicken nuggets were old/stale on all my visits. Each time I visited was around 8pm. The French fries tasted warm and fresh but the nuggets were a huge disappointment.

This McDonald's used too be good till they hired a guy with dreads and another worker with attitudes. Both of these guys work the drive- thru

A lot of kids work there after school they overwork them they ask for Less hours they don't get it they abused their workers it's not fair

Good store. Manager was very helpful my sandwich was cold they gave me a new one I would recommend eating at this McDonald's

I only w ent on a rare visit. The services was quick, but the burgers weren't as full of flavor, as Wendy's.

So far no problem.

Lmao this is my large fry and I asked for extra cheese on my Big Mac and got no cheese. So happy :/

As others have said, this is the worst McDonald's that I have been to in my entire life. I'm 30 years old and I haven't left a drive-thru this irked before. I was at the speaker for over five minutes before someone even said that they need a second, and then it was a further five minutes to place the order. Then, there was no one at the first window and no one showed up while I was in front of it despite having seen an employee pop in to it and take a selfie. I think "Okay, some places have decided the first window is redundant", so I pulled forward. The guy at the second window at first handed me the incorrect bag without my drink, and then after giving me my correct order (still no drink) said goodbye. I obviously could have just driven off but my conscious is too loud for that, so I said that I hadn't paid yet. He had no idea what to do and needed to get assistance because I was using the app to pay (which is supposed to streamline the process). Then he clearly walked back to the first window in order to process the payment that obviously someone else was supposed to have done. Newbies should not be working the drive-thru in the evening on a weekend, if the case is that he was new. If he isn't then he was horrendously trained.I just moved back in to the area after a long time away, and I will not be returning to this location despite it being directly up the road from me. My local McD's back in FL spoiled me, I guess. At that location I had to wait just a few extra minutes once so that they could get some fresh cookies, and they gave me a coupon for an entire meal. Not just a single sandwich or something -- an entire meal. Everyone at the drive-thru tonight at this location should have gotten a coupon but I didn't even get an apology for the absurd wait and just the entire experience being borked. The entire thing took probably close to 25-30 minutes.Food is fine and that's the only reason for the second star.
