Used to live in the area And came back to visit family decided to check out my old favorite pizza joint! The old owner’s are gone and it shows. The pizza was bland, the sauce tastes like ragu, and I had the most unpleasant experience on the phone when I placed the order for pick up. These new owners really ran this place into the ground and it’s sad.
In my opinion, they have the best Grandma pizza.We live in Oceanside and we have great Pizzeria’s in my Town. Put La Slice in Farmingdale tops the list.If you ever in that Area or you don’t mind to drive there check it out.You will not regret it.??????????
I moved to Florida 3 years ago, I was up visiting and stopped by for some pizza. Food was fantastic. I miss new york pizza, LA Slice made me some amazing linguini with clam sauce that was outrageous and the pizza was amazing too. Thanks Pete, beautiful pizzeria and great staff!!
I guess there's a new owner here because the old place looked like a dump, but this place is neat and clean and the pizza was excellent.
Truth be told the pizza was excellent the woman told me I'd be back and she is right I will be back if you don't know now you do!!
Been here a few times. Found it on line and the reviews were good so I went.Heroes are really good. Pizza too. Great weekly specials as well.Worth a try

Order the calamari dinner and rice ball delicious every time sauce taste like a 5 star restaurant and I go out a lot to nice restaurants Pete and his wife are always friendly. I grew up in Queens. I've been living in Farmingdale and I came across this location since I had a terrible experiences at Rose Mary's. This location has the best pizza ever. Literally satisfying and delicious! Gino's is a total downgrade. Thank you to Peter, who is always doing his best to make the best pizza ever.
