Food was OK. Customer service was awful. Please do better.
2 hrs waited for food that was out for delivery 10 more minutes. Dont waste your time food mever came went to store and got $ back
I made a delivery order for $33, gave a generous tip well over 20% only for me to discover that they forgot a portion of my food. I called back, they owned the mistake and sent the driver back to deliver the food. He rang the bell, placed the small paper bag of food on the floor of my front steps and ran to his car. Disgusting/disrespectful service, who places someone’s food on the floor. They should be ashamed of themselves!
Good value food, very friendly service
Shrimp toast was burnt. Shrimp was lobster sauce tasted like mop water. Shrimp Lomein was dry and had a funny taste. Boneless spareribs was salty. Highly upset that $50 was wasted and everything went In the garbage. Never again.
We love Great Wall Kitchen!! <3 10 stars!! Best food in Farmingdale. Stopped by for dinner after a long drive and picked up the most delicious food. Egg drop soup warmed us all up, and we all raved about the shrimp lo mein and orange flavored chicken. Will definitely come back for Mr. and Mrs. Chen's warm hospitality and delicious food!

Put me on hold twice, hung up on me once, was then told they couldn't find my address on GPS and could I come pick it up. Had them spell it back to me twice they had the right address and still said they couldn't find it. I am 4 miles from there so I get it maybe too far? I would have preferred them to just tell me they don't want to deliver that far. But to say I can't find you on GPS? They really think people are that dumb? Won't be trying here again.

This spot is my preferred one. I eat in a lot of restaurants but to this place I constantly return again and again. The team is very helpful and the cooking they serve is so delicious. I would always prefer to have a good meal in this place. I highly recommend this place.
