I've been coming here for years and years. Even before it changed owners and let me tell you I've just tolerated this place since the ownership change as it's been somewhat of a Saturday tradition. With my family. Today I was shocked and it was the topic of conversation with at least 5 people waiting in line. How do you justify $9 yes $9 for a grilled cheese for a 6 year old? It's a slice of American cheese and 2 slices of white bread over butter. So between my wife's and my sons I spent $18 for 2 grilled cheeses? You are insane I don't care what justification you think you have. Costs have not risen like that. I can get breakfast anywhere. This was the last time I visited this store.
Wow what a wasted meal, the place it very disorganized, if I was not paying attention I would have walked out with the wrong drink. As for the bacon and egg sandwich, tasteless, bacon was tough and bland it was like eating cardboard. First and last time.
The food is good but the cashier made it seem like she was doing me a favor. I will not be going back because of her....
This place is consistently great. Always quick always fresh and no matter what time of day you go the bagels are always perfect. Staff is always efficient and friendly!
Just left this establishment super disappointed. I walked in at 3:45. I approached the counter and I was greeted by two men they asked if they could help me and I politely asked if the grill was still in use I’d like an egg sandwich . The gentleman helping me laughed and replied “haha no we close in ten minutes”. I said oh okay I must have read the sign on the door wrong that says you are open till five. He then responded by saying “Nah because of the pandemic”. As a customer all people ask for is that the respect you show someone you get in return. I understand that it was ten minutes before closing, maybe he was having a bad day, however laughing at a customer when they ask a question or being dismissive when you ask for something to be clarified is rude. I’m not sure I’ll be back.
Dont say you serve breakfast all day then tell me no eggs!!Definitely wasn’t busy everybody was standing around doing nothing we waited about 3 to 5 minutes before anybody even acknowledged us and there was four customers behind us… don’t make up a response when in all reality you’re employees probably already clean the grill and didn’t wanna To be bothered and cooking eggs
I was in and out with my delicious assorted bagels in just a few minutes. Fast and friendly service.

I always enjoy going here. Delicious bagels, lots of options for salads and other dishes. They really fill the bagels. I can usually only eat half. Their omelets are also good. Good coffee is a plus. Staff is nice and friendly.
$14.50 for a ham and cheese on a roll with a bottle of water. Sandwich was average at best. Water was $2.50. $12.50 for a sandwich is a RIP OFF. Save your money
