I don’t like to talk bad about any business, but I’ve given this location to many chances before i said i would leave this google review.. the night shift is by far the worse of the worse there possibly is. I come every night because they stay open late, but everytime i come the service is TERRIBLE, SLOW, or they dont know how to make a certain drink because they weren’t “taught”How to make it, and even the BASIC SIMPLE drinks MY BABY SISTER CAN MAKE AT HOME are NEVER MADE CORRECTLY EVER!!!I came by through the drive thru, the employee told me to come back in 15 mins??? Are u kidding me ? Who says that? They refused to take my order then asked me how many items was i ordering and if i was picking up an order for uber or something. I said no im a regular customer trying to make a regular order. This place in the night time is just terrible, poor management if i was the owner of this place and i saw how things were ran i would flip out!!!!Also in the night time a lot of sketchy things go on its either “card machine dont work so you need to pay cash, or we cant accept payment through the app right now, and then they start guessing there own prices on the items. By far the worse dunkin donuts (service wise) out there. If the owner is reading this and cares about his/her buisness i hope they make a change, or hire more staff to cover the night shift if u only got one employee working. Terrible i wish i can give 0 Stars.
They were slow to attend to us because they were busy chatting with each other and then finally we were taken care of and I purchased an orange juice in a plastic bottle, I think it was minutemaid brand but didn't realize until I was far away that the juice had an expired date and the juice was spoiled, had lots of stuff in it sitting at the bottom! They shouldn't be having EXPIRED items and they should be more professional!
Counter customer service is poor. 5 people working the drive thru. 1 person pulling orders and taking care of customers. Always a line at counter. Took 20 mins to be served.
Never a good outcome when I go to this Dunkin. This is not the first time that they have served spoiled milk. Today would be my last visit to that location.
I ordered an iced caramel latte instead of an iced one. They went for an iced one but only gave me half a cup of coffee. I only got half a cup of coffee and i pay $5
The person working on the 19th of March at 11pm was terrible and rude. Will not order or visit here again. Bad representation of your brand.
I order pancakes, when I got to window lady hands me bag, I look in bag to make sure I have everything. I see everything their but syrup. If their was no syrup why didn’t she let me know, instead she just handed me the bag. I ask her for a syrup, she said sorry we don’t have any for today. She should have been honest with me and let me know it’s unprofessional. The least she could have did if they didn’t have syrup, was offer me something else. When I went to try the pancake I couldn’t eat it because it was hard and cold and had to throw it out. I was not happy with the order.
I ordered a personalized ice cream cake for my son's 4th bday, got notified that It was ready to be picked up on Friday went to the store and was told they made a mistake and it was still at the 3rd party facility. the female told me "they" would pick it up rn, to come back in a hour. came back in a hour as I was told that's how long it should take. I was told by the manager she went home and lied. I was furious as this cake is for my sons bday. the manager tried to do the right thing but my emotions were already high and you could already imagine the attitude i gave them haha (sorry). I spoke to the owner and was reassured the cake would be ready by the following morning and he would personally delivered to me. he also throw in 2 dozen donuts shaped as the #4. he tried as hard as he could to make up for the mistake. with that being said I understand how hard it is to find quality workers that try their best at work. that female employee needs a new job. I would've rated this review a 1 star like the rest of the reviews you see, but the manager and owner did a superb job making up for it. thank you!
THE ATTITUDE ON EVERY?SINGLE?EMPLOYEE IS HORRENDOUS. THE OWNER SHOULD BE EMBARRASSED. STAFF MADE MY COFFEE INCORRECTLY AND RATHER THAN JUST REMAKE IT, SHE BLAMED ME. MISSY, I KNOW HOW I ORDER MY COFFEE....YOU JUST NEED TO LISTEN AND WORRY LESS ABOUT YOUR LIPSTICK. ALSO...NYS MANDATE US TO WEAR A MASK. NOT ONE EMPLOYEE WAS MASKED OR GLOVED. DISGUSTING.
Food was warm, fresh and cooked perfectly. Plus they put a ton of bacon on the sandwiches!
