Staff handled the crazy take out line very well, and the hand off of the food at the end was smooth as well. Food was delicious, only down fall was I specifically was as asked about sauces and the gentleman specified he would give me 3 of each, receipt said it as well but I only got one kind of sauce x3. Understand though that they were extremely busy so that was least of my worries

You never gets disappointed at any chicken fil a, fresh, well made salad and chicken nuggets are always my son's favorite quick lunch choice, plenty parking, with more staff I see, definitely faster service

Service was fast and the spicy deluxe chicken sandwich was delicious.

I love their whole menue. But dest of all standing up for thei values. Closing on Sundays so their employees can spend time with their families.

I came in and was helped by Nolan Patrick. Ordered a meal and also aSide of Mac and cheese. I’ve been craving the fries all day. Took a break from work to drive 15 min and guess what.. no fries… I never though chick-fill-A would let me down. It felt more like chick- Emp-TA when I opened my bag. I wish I had time to turn back but highly disappointed and will reconsider this establishment next time me, my family or co worker are hungry ?.. ThanksA lot Patrick

First off, I love this franchise and have no complaints as a whole. But I have no idea why this branch is so poorly run. Over 50% of the time the orders are wrong. They charge you for what you ordered and just leave half the items out of the bag. This is also the only chick fil a I’ve been to that just doesn’t say my pleasure. I have no idea who is running this store, but there should most definitely be a change in management asap

Went there over the weekend and honestly had a terrible experience from the start. As expected, the line was long but that wasn’t an issue. We don’t eat here often so we’re not very familiar with the menu- which clearly aggravated the individual taking our order. You could tell they were annoyed with our questions and we felt rushed. We ordered 3 large meals, 1 sandwich, 1 large drink and a medium fry. From there we pulled up to the window to not get our full order. We let them know we were missing one meal. They asked us for our card and rang us up for our missing meal. We then got the new food and it was a medium meal- not the large meal we were missing. So they asked us for our card, again, to charge us an up charge. Kind of aggravating that you now have messed up our order and 1) can’t even offer an apology & 2) made us pay for the up charge. Not that paying was an issue but it’s the fact we spent over $50 there and you had attitudes, made us feel rushed and didn’t apologize. The food wasn’t even that great and it was cold. What a waste of money.

I love Chick-fil-A and I am especially glad that it is nearby my workplace. The only reason I give 4 instead of 5 star is that, employees seem to be bit indifferent toward customers and I had several experience of my orders either coming out wrong or late. But I like the fact that this restaurant knows how to treat the reward members by sending free perks, and I really enjoy that!The food comes out warm and tasty, so no complain on that matter.

Hey I usually try to give more successful and profitable fast food chains a hard critique. In this situation this 5 star review is definitely hard to earn but out of all the chic' franchises opened on long island this one stands out as a standard of excellence with all the other locations looking up. I personally have received exceptional service at this specific restaurant and it is hard to find a more customer friendly service experience. On a macro level I would love to see this company do more community give back because from the looks of things these restaurants are extremely profitable.
