I ordered Big king by mixmatch.It was so different from the picture, and when asked, he said Big king added only one patty to the cheeseburger.Shouldn't it be at least similar to the picture?It's ridiculous.
Went to the drive through and the person at the window was rude and disrespectful/ disgusting… need to hire people with respect!!!!!!!
Excellent food and very very clean establishment!
Burger was cold, fries were great and so was the nuggets
No one on drive through, too 10 min for a whopper jr. too slow for fast food
The staff is so rude. I say hi to them they just look at me and keep walking. I was standing at the register, said hello to her and they just stare at you making it super awkward. Like most places people greet the customers You know at least acknowledge the guests that are making you money. I was sitting alone and they all just stare at me until the moment I left. Are we back in high-school? It's just rude and weird. Why would anyone want to go back to a place where u get treated this way? I would say the staff needs to be reminded of how ur supposed to treat customers. Otherwise it's burger King.
My kids loved this Burger King, they enjoyed the ambiance, and all the fun Holiday decorations ?

Drive through will literally only give u one sauce no matter how much food you buy and it’s apparently an issue to ask for more
