Will Never Step Foot Here Again….Last night I went with a group of friends for food…I had ordered a 10 piece mild boneless wing upon ordering I had asked several times for ranch and to please make sure it was ranch and not Bleu Cheese due to I am highly highly allergic and it could potentially kill me. Our waiter each and every time laughed and gave the impression he didn’t care. 30 minutes later when my food finally came out it was brought out with bleu cheese which from the start I had asked for ranch cause of the serious matter me being allergic to bleu cheese I tried bringing it to our waiters attention who proceeded to argue with me that it was Ranch and tell me I was being paranoid. There is a clear difference in ranch and Bleu Cheese not mentioning the chunks in Bleu Cheese also the smell . The waiter proceeded arguing with me for about 5 minutes before rudely just walking away. Finally when he came back over I asked for a manager when he then told me For what they gonna say the same thing. Honestly have never been so disrespected will be placing a corporate call Monday morning
i never leave reviews but this was the worst service ever. the waitress came over to us 3 times the whole night: once to take our order, then a few minutes later another worked brought our main course out before we even got our appetizer, then we received our appetizer before even receiving drinks! our waitress had finally brought over our drinks and then for our whole meal, she did not come over to check on us. she was at the bar serving drinks as if we were not longer her table. we sat there for twenty minutes, not touching the (below average) food, and then i had to ask a bus boy for the check. finally a different server brought us our check. not to mention the food was not good, the everything pretzel knots were doughy with rarely any seasoning. the wings had very little sauce and were weird looking… all in all i can’t believe i had to pay for this horrible meal.
I took my brother who came to Trinidad to that location and Laura always took extra special care of us was absolutely ? again doing her almost best in serving us to the max thank you so much Laura ? ❤️ ? ♥️ ? ☺️

have to say, I was very timid after reading all the horror stories of bww near me, but this location was an anomaly..good reviews but had to travel.it was excellent!!! the service was great, even tho I got take out, the food even better!! will def be back whenever I get my wing cravings!!!??no mask mandate but I wore mine anyways.edit: went back again?packed. for Tuesday bogo wings nite. all the beautiful girls were friendly and helpful. they were very busy but not in a disaster way. guests were seated asap. and they dealt with takeout swiftly, including mine.working in kitchens some dont realize how long it actually takes to cook wings but ik. food again was delicious! I got wings. judging just by the outside, all workers seemed to be backing each other and helping. even saw some backroom ppl.the greeter girl was good, said hi and goodnite to every customer, even if some patrons did not reciprocate. ginny, I think, name on my receipt, my cashier/server helper was swift with helping me out and was very friendly. my wings were packed great!whoever owns or runs this location should be very proud of the workers there. I've worked in restaurants and seen how it can be bad. this location, however seems like its got things moving in a good direction. I appreciate all the hard work from everyone there and again, tho it's out of the way for me, is my go to place for delicious wings!??✌
Only 5 stars because Eric was the most pleasant person I have ever spoke to on the phone being Im 8 months pregnant & stressed it was nice to finally speak someone who was patient with my complicated order & helped me sign up for rewards (I got free nachos ) & even more friendly when my husband & I picked up our order. I will only be going to this BWW since this is the friendliest one because of him.God bless ✝️?
Wings were great, beer was cold. That's a plus. Floor layout needs work. One has to 'run an obstacle course' to get to the bathroom, weaving through other patron's tables. Print and online menu needs UI improvements. Would go back though for the wings and drinks.
are you kidding the worst experience in my life i ordered delivery dinner for 5 different days SUPRISE never received 1 delivery everytime i placed an ordered it was cancelled by message on computer they kept saying there is a problem with the delivery companies NOBODY should ever place a dinner order from that restaurant on rte 110 in farmingdale i already posted a same message on my facebook account management should try to fix this or get out of the delivery business. I have copies of all emails showing food delivery is on. Than a second email said order cancelled. This is not the way to get customers to order from your business. I also posted same review on the Next Door application. Maybe if enough people read the reviews management will fix this LARGE problem. In todays market good business companies cannot afford these problems
Stopped for lunch, only get 45 min for lunch. Sat at bar for quick service, nobody there to serve you. Walked out. This place has turned into a dive, so many other options.
great restaurant, great food, great workers. i had this worker helping me out, his name is joseph. very nice guy and a good worker! but i think he had a fart problem, everytime he walked, a fart would come out :/ i feel bad, hopefully he goes to the doctors to fix that!
