It’s like you have to beg these people for food! Ordered a large goat curry the woman asked if I wanted to gravy on the rice I said yes she looks at me and proceeds to sprinkle droplets of gravy When I got home the meat barely have any gravy on it either ! This isn’t the first time this has happened I just have held my tongue. Take your money elsewhere these people don’t care about customer service
A after having gotten several meals at this place which were tasty and fine. On several occasions I visited with my wife, and my cousin,. this is the third time I've ordered the chicken soup and as per the two previous times I specified that I would like my soup to contain other ingredients than just carrots and a few pieces of chicken. Yesterday was my last will be my last time patronizing the restaurant because, if you had advertised carrot soup on the menu then I could understand why I kept getting soup broth loaded with carrots and a few measly pieces of chicken. This I will certainly let everyone know about this place and their practices.
ELMONT LOCATION ONLY! unlike the yardies on linden blvd with nothing but terrible nasty staff(save yourself the visit and just come to Elmont) the workers here are actually NICE and FRIENDLY they actually conduct themselves like human beings at this location which is why I frequent here and the food always on point.
I love Yardies. Their jerk chicken is so darn good, and I can eat their rice & peas by itself.. yummy. Their festival taste just like the ones I enjoyed in Jamaica.Customer service is very good too, and the manager is very personable. I will always patronize Yardies.

Most of the time the food tastes good, but I can’t deal with the days when their festival is dry and when the food has me sitting on the toilet for a good hour. Also, the place looks kinda dirty and the people act so miserable, as if they are not even getting paid. The men that go in there can’t keep their pants up and always look like some Dancehall rejects and Vybz Kartel wannabes. Their food is good for constipated people.
The patty was terrible and so was the coco bread, I normally go to Golden Crust for patties but I was starving and this place was on the way to my location, the place wasn't as clean I didn't even finish my patty utterly disappointed

First time I went there was a Wednesday the chicken soup WAS good nice thick, authentic Jamaican soup. The 2nd time I went there to get soup was a Saturday, and it WASN’T so good. Tasted like it was from a can and was super watery. They lack consistency.
I ordered a large soup and these people sent me a large bowl of water with carrots! Very disappointed. I’d never order here again.
