We order pizza online to pickup from store but when I went to store at the front desk guy didn’t respond to me I ask 2 times for pickup but they never respond to me acting like I am getting something free after 10 mints other guy came and I ask again to pick up my pizza then he give me my pizza. Very rude front desk staff and I will not come again like this type of store employee didn’t hear you and busy in there phone and on computer to play game
This the second time where I ordered pizza from this location and it's under cooked. The pizza is literally still doughy, the cheese has no color. It's like they rush to get them delivered so fast that they don't spend the time letting them cook; and mind you, I make sure that I select "Well Done" on every order. And it's like they just throw all the ingredients on the pizza, instead of putting the cheese first then toppings, they put the toppings first then the cheese so everything is under cooked and raw. If I have to put the pizza in my oven for an additional 10-15 minutes to allow it to cook then it defeats the purpose of buying.I think I am done with this location, I'm not spending money here again.

Terrible customer service.. I ordered a pizza.. my driver showed up, I asked if he could leave the pizza at the front porch, he kept saying come outside, eventually he said okay I’ll leave it no problem.. he left but didn’t leave my food.. called and he said something about coming back? He was mumbling, didn’t understand much of anything he was saying. Still haven’t gotten my money, or my food.
The pizza os raw all times I'd buy never came back to waste my money here. Evennone day O had my car paked by the side and one of the delivery pizza drivers crashed my car n tease of me when I clame to him

Seriously I feel like I’m talking to a 10 yr old every time I order, I regret ordering as soon as they speak. But no I say why not.. and when I get it i wish I had just starved myself. Do yourself a favor and go to 7-11 and get there pizza
This Papa John’s location has wonderful employees who are friendly and professional. The delivery person was upbeat and respectful. The food is always fresh, delicious, and arrives quicker than expected. Our orders have always been 100% accurate. The prices are reasonable especially for the quality of the food. Food is great don't get me wrong but the service is terrible. One of the delivery drivers comes to the door with the pizza wearing no mask or gloves or anything to protect himself or the customer. The no contact delivery is nonsense he waits at the door and hands the pizza directly to you as if the pandemic never happened. After telling him many times to wear a mask he laughs and comes closer. Also every time I write in the notes to just drop off the pizza st the front door he still doesn't.
