My family and I eat from here at least once a week. Food is always made fresh and delicious ?. Nice clean and very friendly

Great food, they dont answer phone. I called to order food, no answer, I get there place order in person and call them again. I watched as non of them answer the phone even when the place is empty. I watch them all talking and having a good time with each other and the customer...(I support their that, they are good people, very helpful and polite).Just please...pick up the phone

ATTITUDE ATTITUDE ATTITUDE! I was calling for 15 minutes to place a order and it rang and rang. I go to the restaurant and the lady at the front that takes orders is on a personal call. I hear the whole conversation. I’m standing in front of her waiting for her to say hi are you ready to order? Nope she don’t even pay me any attention but continues to gossip on the phone and looks the other direction. I say are you ready to take my order? She says ARE YOU READY TO ORDER?!! NASTY NASTY ATTITUDE! SO UNPROFESSIONAL! Then I take down the number which said any complaints or recommendations please call this number. Called it multiple times and NO ANSWER LOL GO FIGURE!!!!
I'm so disappointed with the small shrimp rasta pasta. I paid $16.89 what I got is a plate full of PASTA with four (4) shrimp. Let this make sense never again!!!!
The beef patty was decent. I asked for white meat jerk chicken they gave me dark meat anyway so I had to throw the whole meal in the trash I don't eat dark meat they just wanted to sell me what they wanted me to have even though I made it clear I don't eat that and it was dry with no sauce
Friendly counter staff. Great jerk food (meals and by increments of pound) and tasty, traditional meals. Authentic soups, like your Jamaican mother and grandmother made. If you can, call ahead, as lines can sometimes be long.
Omg the food is so good and so fresh. The lady taking orders could use an etiquette class in customer service. You shouldn't take people's money with an attitude. Greet the customers. Understand that we use mask and dividers so you have to speak up to be heard. Back to the food whatever you order they night as well guarantee it will be good or your money back. I have that much confidence in them5 plus stars in my book. Hats off to the Chefs. I wish I knew how they got the scotch bonnet flavor without the heat ? yum ?️♀️ Feel free to reply Jerk hut
