First time back in a long time. I came back because they removed the rude servers that used to work there. Food is good.
Rice was undercooked, chicken wasn't seasoned well.
Third time purchasing a medium saltfish with fried dumplings on a Sunday and only receiving 3 dumplings instead of 4; when I purchased this same meal during the week I get 4 dumplings. The two ladies that are there on Sundays are not pleasant nor friendly it's just next, they take your order then tell you the price, puts bag on counter, takes form of payment then gives you back your card/ change with receipt. Everytime they're taking out the dumplings they're always looking up to see if I'm looking at them. Today the saltfish is the size of a small I should've just ordered that instead because a small meal comes with 3 dumplings. I don't know if they're bias and prejudice because I'm not Jamaican. Wouldn't be going there on a Sunday again their attitude always changes my mood whenever I leaves.
They need to learn better customer service. The women in there are absolutely terrible. Thankfully, a young man took my order, and he was so pleasant. When I spend my money, I expect good customer service. The ladies in there act like they are giving the food away for free. I usually do not come here, because of that. After today, I will continue to go to Yardie’s or Kingston Grill. Both of them in Elmont with great customer service.
Service was kinda rude,beef patty was from generic brand.(not good at all)The jerk chicken patty was ok and the shrimp patty was dry and small shrimp inside patty.i did not try any of the food but it looked good.untill I try food I can only judge the patties!

They are a Jamaican restaurant serving Chinese styled chicken and i found a bug in my food and tried to go back to get a refund or an exchange and just because there is a “pandemic “ and i walked out the door already they wouldn’t give me a refund this is your business you need to keep your costumers happy i could have been given an exchange i paid 30$ For two things

Most times I place an order with them they never have the items for delivery. Staff not very friendly. They dont smile and always wear a facial expression which denotes that they are angry.
