Drive thru; polite staff; quick service. That's where it ends. I brought my burrito home, took it out of the wrapper, and took two bites. The second bite contained a long, frizzy, fine, 8 inch brown hair. My hair is 4 inches long and white. Guess what else they're serving with food?? I feel sick. Where is the mandatory food service hair covering and where is the supervision for follow-through in the area of food service compliance and safety??
Went to taco bell on 4/10/22 4cars of people waiting to get in at 910 am for breakfast. Store is lit doors are locked sign says open for breakfast. IF EMPLOYEES DONT SHOW UP FOR WORK FIRE THEM and get ones that will
Long wait time in the drive through, but this location is consistently good.
My boyfriend and I just went through this taco bell. We agreed afterwards that it was the best customer service we've ever gotten. Food was hot and fresh too. Thanks for the great experience!!!
Taco Bell in Painted Post is awesome. My daughter loves their food. We are there after school so much. Great deals on craving boxes and the staff is awesome.
This is the best Taco Bell in the region. Better than the one in Painted Post, better than the KFC/Taco Bell in Sayre, PA, and of course better than the horrible KFC/Taco Bell in Southport Elmira.The staff here is always attentive and the store is clean and the food is always great.
Tacos are perfect! Timing is AMAZING! I didn't even have time to fill my drink and my order was already done! Crew was great!
Good choices of food. Gotten kind of skimpy on all the stuff in soft and hard tacos, but with the cost of everything... I get it, it's the new normal.
Went to get my mother her favorite meal, wasn't aware it could only be gotten on there taco bell app. When my mother asked why he lifted his head to the ceiling and rolled his eyes at her. No one should be made to feel the way this Charles B made her feel. Not all people use the app and made to feel stupid because they don't. Definitely won't be going back to this taco bell
Staff was great, asked for our table to be cleaned and she was quick to the task, smiles and happy greetings when walked in, orders were fresh and hot, and when we were done it was thank you for coming today always enjoy this Taco Bell for this reason
