I must’ve been so desperate to even think about ordering “food” from this place!! After waiting to order for literally 20 minutes (there was only 1 car ahead of me) I FINALLY received this GARBAGE!! Taco supreme with nothing but greasy meat substance and soggy lettuce. That’s it. Nothing else. Unless you count the HAIR !!! Still sick to my stomach. NEVER EVER AGAIN!!! This place needs to be turned in to the health department! ?

Never expect much from this location, but they surprised me. They got my order right.

This is the worst food you can possibly buy. Not because its KFC or Taco Bell but because the quality of the food is trash and then so is the service. Last time I was here I waited 20 minutes from the time I finished paying until I actually received my food. And I wouldn't mind waiting as much if the food was actually good but it wasn't. I had Chicken tacos with chicken that was rock hard with mostly this rock hard breading and virtually no chicken meat. I wouldn't even dare to try to bite into those rocks. The other regular tacos weren't anything to write home about either. They had half the meat they were supposed to and didn't even fill up the entire bottom of the taco shell, but also barely put any cheese on them, maybe I had 3 strands of shredded cheese on my tacos. This wasn't just a one off event where this location was slammed or something. This has become a pattern. The last 3 times I have ate here I had similar experiences. 15+ years ago I use to eat here regularly and it was amazing. Now it is just a shadow of what it once was. There is no fast food place in all of Elmira or Horseheads or Big Flats or Corning as bad as the Southport KFC Taco Bell. If you're in Elmira and want KFC or Taco Bell you need to go to Big Flats or Horseheads or down to the KFC Taco Bell in Sayre, PA. This one might as well not even exist. I will never eat here again and neither should you. Hopefully it goes out of business and something better managed can be put in its place. If you're in the vicinity go to AJ's subs or Dunkin Donuts instead, you can thank me later.

Food ok came late worker mad we weren't door dash worker when we came inside as he stuffed his face with free food and drinks

The amount of times we have come to this Taco Bell the order is always wrong. Coming from someone who has worked in fast food it is not hard to get an order right. Consistency is key. Yes be fast but make sure the customers orders are correct

Unfortunately i have to say after the experience i probably wouldn't return. I went for the kids in any case because they wanted tacos. What disappointed was being during the time of my visit i pulled into an empty parking lot into the drive thru with only 1 car ahead of me. With a 32$ order that only included a party box of 12 Supreme tacos a chicken sandwich and a drink also a mixture of the sauces, i was at first without my saying to someone, handed my box of tacos and told have a great day. ?? So i waited until they opened window back up and asked if i could also have my sandwhich and drink and sauces. Not that anyone was rude just that I ⬅️ had to make sure my order was all there and right (at 40 and in the food industry this certainly not supposed to be a paying customers responsibility) and to end the experience i got home only to see that i was still lacking even one sauce for the box of tacos. Hopefully this would be an encouraging review to just make sure your job is done right and not rushed to the point of serving the wrong or incomplete orders ?

I couldn't get into the parking lot at first because the drive through line was so long! I don't know if there's a way they can redirect the drive through lane so nobody gets stuck hanging out into the road.While I was waiting quite awhile for one burrito and a cookie, they locked one of the lobby doors. It was around 5:30pm. I don't know if they were closing early for small business Saturday or what. But I had to walk around the building to get back to my car.The numbers they call out for orders don't make any sense, at least if you don't have a receipt. The cashier didn't give me a receipt so I heard 17 something and thought it couldn't be my $3 order.

I received trash in my food. Literal garbage was inside my food. This place is a health hazard!

Friendly order taker and order correct.No napkins but all sauces.
