Picked up x-lg pizza in the middle of the time window.6 blocks later at home found the pizza to be luke warm yet the crust was burned but not hot.Crust was so thin we had to use fork to eat it.Second bad experience at PaesanosAnd is also our last.
The chicken cordon blue Stromboli was black(burnt). It was %80 cheese with only a little amount of chicken and ham. This Stromboli was $20! For $20 I expect mostly chicken and ham. A calzone is supposed to be mostly cheese not a Stromboli. C'mon guys do better pls.
Found my "no onions" chefs salad with a layer of onions under the meat. Raw onions don't like me.Raw dough in my son's stromboli . Crispy fries mushy. Pizza a bit under baked. $50+ order

Update: have to wait 24-48 hrs for refund! That was my hard earned money to be used for dinner. So ticked off right now. This pizza joint made no effort to make this right either. Ordered from Paesano’s. First time. Paid online for delivery . Ordered at 4:55. Still not here. Called and they told me the driver should be pulling up. Ten minutes later, no delivery. Called to ask for my money back and they told me I have to contact the app, Slice, they use! $50 gone! Never ever again! Oh and the number for Slice… yeah keeps ringing busy?.
On Saturday, January 15th I ordered a pizza ask for the plain pizza with the extra toppings for $5 and for some reason they gave me the specialized pizza something I didn't ask for. So when I called them back to ask them about this pizza and if could they come back and get it and it's change it The guy I spoke to on the phone was so rude. He said" we're not coming back to get the pizza or exchange it even though the girl I spoke to on the phone made the mistake so we would never ever get anything from Paesano's thank you for my first experience
Best pizza around and the garbage wings are absolutely awesome!! Subs are good and they make the absolute best salads in town!! Always friendly staff as well!!
Ordered deliver . told her my order she never read it back said it would be 45 minutes ended up being a hour and a half. food was cold when arrived and pizza wasn't what I asked for when I called back to tell her she told me I was wrong and she was right. Worse pizza place in Elmira
