Very self conscious effort and polite staff
5 stars is only for the staff because it's a hard job and a negative review will only affect the employees. It's just McDonald's with some poor city planning around it, but that's not their fault. Their fault is that the food has this awful rubber texture and I keep getting these dry old chicken sandwiches every single visit and I always feel sick for a few hours after eating it. I'd honestly just avoid the place all together until they figure out what's going on because it's either a fault on management or just the company as a whole.If you need a cheap lunch though, they've been adopting the 2 for $6 craze and have their flagship stuff on there and the staff is quite fast, especially for the lunch rush.
This place was super scary. We ordered and we only recieved half of our order. The scary part wasn't until we tried to pick up our food. A man and woman at the counter harrassed my husband and were not going to give him our order because they thought he was a corrections officer. This was all based on my husband wearing a light blue button down from his work. He had to explain several times and endure more harrassment before they gave us our order.
Ordered through Doordash, opened my Big Mac box and immediately spotted a long black hair sticking out of my sandwich ?
They never answer the window in the morning when my guys try to get breakfast at 500 am or they’ll have an excuse as to why they can’t cook you food. Place is a mismanaged joke.
Just wasted 10 mins and a dollar on a watered down coffee way to go guys try using new coffee instead of running water over old grains ?? keep the dollar not worth tring to fix went to Dunkin they know how to make coffee
Got a happy meal for my kid and she didn't get her toy apple slices fries just a hamburger come on how hard is it to make the order right
We stopped here mid week about 8PM on the way home from a swim meet. The drive through was packed so we thought going inside would be faster. After listening to an employee who was not on duty talking to one of the other employees, we realized why things were moving so slow. The manager that was on duty, was not at the store. It took about 20 minutes to get a Deluxe Chicken Sandwich Meal and Cheeseburger with medium fries. Staff was working hard. Food was ok.
If giving this place no stars was a possibility BELIEVE ME I would've, I can recall ordering a simple large fry and large Sprite, to receive a medium Sprite and stale fries.. a simple order and it STILL got messed up, not to mention nobody seems to take their time preparing the food.. I can go on for days on why I just can't give this MACDONALDS a star in real life.. The inside looks cute though..
I often stop here after work around 11:30 and they always give me cold food! Worst McDonald’s ever!
