Awful!!! When I went in there was an elderly lady standing waiting to be waited on. She toldMe she had been there a few minutes already. So I hollered back and got her some help. They took her order and mine. She got a couple chicken dinners and all I got was a bowl of Mac n cheese. We waited well over 20 minutes. They were only focused on taking and filling drive thru orders. Another couple people came in after us and they got their more complex order way before we did. Other people came and left cause they were told would be 5-10 min wait or longer cause drive thru was busy. Why is the drive thru more important than the people standing inside that have already paid. Meanwhile the elderly lady’s knees and back were starting to bother her. We ended up getting our food about the same time so I waited and helped her (she had a cane) get everything to her car and made sure she had gotten into it ok. Very displeased and will not be going back to that location again. Had similar long wait last time before this also for same reason. Never have an issue at the other 2 locations.
Worst fast food restaurant ever! Never answered the phone and closed before by 10:00 pm when the website said 11pm. I heard 3 customers that were at bryne dairy say they went on were closed before 10:30!! Besides that, I don't understand why I keep going back when none of my orders were made correctly. I will message corporate AGAIN, but it's obvious they don't care either!!
Combine KFC Taco Bell with a completely incorrect prices when ordering inside. The manager boy and staff are so unknowing that when the menu says, "Chicken Chalupa $3.99" and it rings up as $4.89 their answer is that it's because it's chicken... As if to say that the beef ($4.19 menu price) is supposed to be less. The beef rang up at $5.29 which was also incorrect. So they made the whole line wait while this kid checks the corporate emails. Says it's not discussed there. So we say look, are we getting it for the displayed price or not because this is going on 20 minutes now. His response is, "I need to call my manager and ask." What a TERRIBLE STORE MANAGED BY IDIOTS! Last time in it was issues arguing with the people on what is a thigh and what is a breast. If I order AND PAY PREMIUM FOR A BREAST, I DON'T CARE IF YOU THINK A THIGH IS WHITE MEAT. I PAID FOR A BREAST. This store is something you want to avoid for speed, accuracy and correct pricing. It is NOT a corporately owned store and does NOT follow their pricing nationally. Which begs to reason why he had to check the corporate email when it's not a corporate store??? Horrible service. Forgot to put in half my order. I should have checked before i left the Restaurant. But didn't. Horrible management, they didn't answer the phone when i tried to call to rectify the error they made. The employees were just goofing off while we were ordering. And to top it off the place looks filthy. I'd give no stars if i could. That's their last chance. Its just seems to get worse everytime i go there. And i only go once a month. Too bad, i like the potati wedges.This is an add on after a long time of not going here.The place is even filthier now then my earlier review. If it's above shoulder height then they apparently never ever even bother to clean it. You'd think they would have give the store at least 1 good cleaning during Covid, but that's unfortunately provably wrong.Management should be ashamed of themselves. I worked in Restaurants for for a decade or more and have never worked in a place this disgusting. Although I have been in others.Doesn't do much good to wipe down tables when the filth from above is showering down on Food and people with each errant draft.
A long wait..but that’s ok when the chicken is as hot, juicy, crispy, and delicious as the bucket that we got from this location! Yum!

Horrible employees. The 2 I dealt with made me stand there waiting for a pick up for 10 minutes saying hello over and over again and they still walked away noticing i was there and gave me an attitude problem.
Nothing wrong with food (supposedly). One of their employees was eating while making food! Masks are mandatory (which is great) but only for some customers; not sure on what basis they were discriminating this. Even some of their employees were wearing it on chin, including the girl eating fries
The attitude of the employees was really good. We ordered 2 of the 1 breast fill ups and neither of the pieces of chicken were breasts they gave us both thighs. But they fixed the issue right away and explained that the guy was new and still learning. The over all appearance of the place was clean and looked very presentable. I will return to this location again and I would recommend it to others.
