Staff is great only the am people I go no where near there at night tho if you do good luck with tht
Clearly stated large hot macchiato when I first pulled up to the drive-thru went through the flavor auctions could hardly hear because the speaker is so bad then when I get to the window I have a medium iced macchiato waiting for me I tell him it was wrong and a girl inside started complaining that they verified it and this and that and that customers that do that are annoying I spoke up and said well I clearly stated large hot macchiato in the very beginning of my order and the girl at the window got an attitude and said we heard you and we're trying to fix it even though I still only got a medium hot macchiato instead I've been going to that Dunkin for years and it has progressively gotten worse and worse the staff have gotten ruder and ruder and the orders have been messed up more and more.
Drive through worker was pleasant. The coolata she made was the best Ive had there! The coffee however tastes like bottom of a burnt coffee pot.
NEVER GOING TO THE DUNKIN ON MADISON AVE IN ELMIRA EVER AGAIN. Since I live in Corning and work in Elmira, I do to go orders for both places. I accidentally unknowingly placed my to go order for Corning instead of elmira. After waiting in a long line, it was my turn. I said I have a to go order for Emily M, they said “I got you pull up”. When I pulled up, I was told they didn’t have the order. I looked at my phone, apologized, and asked if I could place the order and just pay again. They refused. I told them they should have let me know at the window, to which I was told they just wave everyone through. So, instead of telling me at the speaker when I could have placed a new order, they waited until I pulled forward to then tell me they refused to make another unless I went inside. So you’re telling me if I ordered it ten feet behind me you would have made it, but because you didn’t tell me you didn’t have it until I pulled forward, you’re refusing to make it. As a manager in retail, this is TERRIBLE customer service. Fuming and I will put a complaint in with the owners.
I stopped here around 5:15 pm yesterday. The inner door was locked and the one employee inside didn't acknowledge me yanking on the door and then searching for the explanation of why it was locked. They had a little sign listing different hours for holidays including Thanksgiving and Black Friday, but nothing for the following Saturday. I don't know what was going on, but I didn't end up getting the Dunkin I wanted

We have been to many locations throughout the state of NY. They only get our order right about 60% of the time. Also they frequently run out of favorite items by 9AM!!. Compared to their competitors like Tim Hortons or Paula's Donuts or even Tops and Wegmans I place them in the very bottom due to the smallest donut size as well as the least amount of filling AND glaze. Go elsewhere!

Quite literally every time I come to this Dunkin’, something goes wrong. They always burn my sandwich, and that’s if they haven’t given me the wrong sandwich. How does a power breakfast sandwich with turkey on the side turn into a sourdough sandwich? I’d understand if it was once, but every single time I go there? Not cool. I’d give 0 stars if I could.
