I like the food here, but the new pickup system is not great. After you place an order, they tell you to sit down and wait for your name. Fine, however, there are fans running, spatulas clanging, people talking; all echoing throughout the high ceilings. I heard a name that sounded like mine so I went up to the counter. An older man with a moustache said "Ma'am - over there!" And kept pointing to the wall. I had no idea what he was talking about -- I guess you have to go to the far corner? I took 2 steps to the left and heard the lady say the name again, except it wasn't mine. As I started to talk away the man was like "Stacy? I thought you Stacy??!" and threw his hands up. I said No, I just can't hear anything and I thought you said my name. I get you probably don't like your job, but don't take it out on me. I feel like a screen showing which order is up or at least a loudspeaker/mic would help.When I finally got my sandwich, it did not have the toppings I wanted. I'm sure that was a genuine misunderstanding but after waiting 20 minutes, I didn't have the time or energy to try to ask for something else. It still tasted just fine.
They completely messed my order up and there gonna charge top dollar for a sandwich, when they can't even get it right. I would rather go to the dandy mini mart. One it's cheaper and you'll actually get what you paid for ?
Asked him if he put ranch on my sandwich and he said he didn't. It wasn't supposed to have ranch. It has it all over ?
Look at the photo on the website and then one from this place..meat doesn't even cover the entire bun. Nothing special. Overpriced. Wouldn't get again, sorry.

I really enjoy coming here. The food is always delicious. Made fresh right Infront of you! Every sandwich I've tried here has been great. Their fruit lemonades in the summer are amazing and they have great fries. The staff are always courteous and I never have to wait too long for my food even when it is busy.
I use to come here all the time. Sure the employees act like they absolutely hate their lives but what food/customer service worker doesn't? I enjoy being able to watch my food being made. It's always super good

One star cause I had to...... NO SIGNAGE at door...... Not all places are requiring face masks....... walked in, one foot in door and employee from back SCREAMS my way " YOU NEED A MASK TO BE IN HERE" All nasty and rude.....fine I get you are requiring them but the rudeness??? ABSOLUTELY NOT.... I do love Charley's subs but I will say they WILL NEVER get mine or my family's $$ again!!! Ahappy customer tells one or 2 people ..... an upset one??? Everyone they know!!!!
