At the Elmira Burger King, on Grand view avenue. The service was horrible. Two ladies we're working the counter and paid absolutely no attention to us. After about 5 or 6 minutes a lady came out of the back and said she'd take our order. She was very short with us. We finally got her order another 5 or 10 minute wait only to listen to the employees argue with each other. Out of the back came really viol language. One man was so upset with the service that he scolded the employees and walked out. One of the worst restaurant experiences I ever had
Food bad wrapper was covered in grease like they never change their gloves. The counters and drink machine needs to be cleaned everytime I visit. Needless to say I'm not going back anymore.
The young lady at the drive through was very kind and courteous but the food was atrocious! I purchased the 2 for $10 meals for my grandson and I. The Whopper and Chicken sandwiches were cold, the bread was so stale, part of it was hard and the other side was falling apart. The fries were a step above luke warm and the small cups of sauce tasted like they had not been rotated in several years. Needless to say, Burger King, you have lost this customer.
The worst service I have ever had at fast food. Had to ask them to remake both whoopers 3 different times with one of the time having hair on it. The buns were old and falling apart the burger patties we cold. I don't recommend this burger king to anyone.
I would give a minus 10 if I could this location is a constant disappointment order's are almost always messed up with drive threw got two for six whoppers burgers where a mess everything falling out of them buns where hard and stale orderd no onions Xtra mayo got no mayo at all tomatoes where old and soggy my wife got a number 5 it had almost no bacon on it her burger was also a mess she got soggy fries witch there wasn't very many fries just bad all around
At this Elmira store twice this month I got wrong foods. Yesterday I ordered the $5.00 double whopper jr.fries, 4 chicken nuggets, when I got to the pick up window they charged me for a reg. Whopper jr. Meal at almost $9.00. I couldn’t get the window girl to understand. “That’s not what I ordered” So I paid double for less meal. 3-4 weeks ago my order included onion rings, I got home and had fries. I think I’ll drive the 10 extra miles to the Horseheads store, they’ve never gotten my order wrong.
Can’t exactly say how the food is because I haven’t tasted it, but wanted to give a quick review on the service I just had. I did not catch the woman’s name I just dealt with in drive thru but she was fantastic! She was super sweet and just overall very kind and polite. She’s awesome!
Worst $13 I’ve ever spent. Food was cold, half of my order was missing. Only edible part was the picked and cheese. No sauces for anything or on anything. Waited forever for service. Never wasting my time or money here again!
This place has gone down hill ever since they remodeled the place. Service sucks and when you get your food it's like Luke warm, so what's wrong with getting your food hot anymore.
Went there through the line and from the person who waited on me at the drive thru to our order, everything was perfect. Meal was fresh and still so hot when I got it home! Keep doin your thing BK
