Eventhough this is a chain restaurant, the flavor and homemade taste don't lack. The ingredients taste fresh. You can add as many things as you want (including the guac!- Yes, the guac is free!) for no extra charge. Definitely one of the less expensive Mexican inspired chains out there. You can definitely get a filling meal for under $15. I was shocked to pay only $13 for a huge chicken bowl with a large beverage! And like I said the flavors DO.NOT.LACK. the chicken was charred but yet juicy. The Veggies weren't overcooked. The cilantro, lettuce, raw onions, jalapenos tasted fresh. Pickled onions added a nice flavor profile but also a nice asthetic to the bowl. And the service is amazing.
Food is good. Doesn't charge extra for the guac. The bowls are huge and can easily make up 2 meals instead of 1. The roasted veggies are a little crunchy, which I love and the guac is great
Place is clean, and well staffed - never a long wait. But i don't like that they took the a la carte family style menu options off ....that was best way to order.
Food is always great, good portions, and friendly and quick staff. I've come to prefer Qdoba over Chipotle thanks to the great experiences at this location
It was my first time there and staff are like robots and don't explain anything just say hello and then quiet lack personality or enthusiasm. Like about chips and drink meal deal or that they have fountain drinks only made it seem like they only had bottle drinks when I asked for a sprite and pointed to them and said only coke or diet coke. I ordered chicken Queso burrito and it was like I was eating mostly rice it was just ok. Not sure if I will be back again.
Horrible pickup experience. Arrived at the time the order said it would be ready. No one staffing the pick-up counter and had to ask two different employees who looked indifferent when I asked for my order, turned out it wasn't even ready and I had to wait another 10 minutes while others got their orders quicker ordering at the register. Asked for just a little bit of rice on the side (not a full side) for my taco orders like they've done in the past and was refused until they begrudgingly filled a sauce container with rice.
Went a few times, always really polite, food is tasty and for a decent price! I think the booths are luxurious compared to most places and there's never been a large crowd of people at once.
Love this place, was super excited when they opened on Long island, I experienced their Lancaster PA locations years ago, delicious food and reasonable prices
Food was good, but there was a lot of confusion behind the counter preparing the food. When we reached the checkout we were missing part of our order.
I love Qdobo. They make the best quesadilas. Service is always great.
