Rigatoni Fiorentina !!
I got the fettuccini Alfredo with shrimp… shrimp was tough, over cooked & tasted a little off (very fishy) just wasn’t fresh however the pasta itself was very good. I tried my friends pizza & it was very delicious.
Mama Theresa's is my #1 go-to Italian restaurant. That's saying a lot because i can drive down my street and hit 3 italian restaurants within 3 minutes. I have a 12-15 minute drive to get to Mamas. My wife & I love their pasta fagoli soup paired with a penne ala vodka w/grilled chicken on top as a take out all the time. Could eat that all day. Also love their eggplant in all forms. Seating in the restaurant is good - service is respectful and not rushed. Servers are friendly. If you go on a regular basis, be sure to sign up for their 'frequent diner program' to get points you can cash in for bucks toward your meal. Hmmm... honey, whats for dinner tonight...?

Really good Italian food... pasta is always good, as is the seafood and the pizza is great as well... staff is always friendly and they're pretty prompt with to-go orders...
Fantastic food. Excellent Customer Service. Very friendly and great service. Adequate parking. Location is on a busy Nassau County street. Near a Walmart and Stop and Shop supermarket. One stop shopping is a breeze.
They are a total rip off there Sicilian pieIs literally half the size of everybody else's.They changed me $25 for a half meatballand half cheese. There Sicilian fits a half of a round pizza box.
I had heard many good things about Mama Theresa restaurant so I decided to see what all the buzz was aboutWell let me tell you the hype was all real. The food is OUTSTANDING. The portions were generous, the price was very fair especially when you consider the quality of the food. The wait staff was very attentive and friendly. I also enjoyed a very tasty Bloody Mary which finished my brunch Perfectly. I felt very safe with all the Covid concerns. Good social distancing protocol Extremely clean and tastefully decorated Don't miss this place, you won't be disappointed.... enjoy
