Wow, so sad that the staff (at least 2) work so hard seating, serving and even in the kitchen. Left without the ice cream order since it just took so long. I cant imagine that they cant hire more help. Way too long of a wait and so many others here were waiting long too. We wont be back. Wish I read the other reviews before wasting so much time there. Food was good (not great) not worth the wait.

The staff lives up to the name Friendly’s because they are all respectful friendly and helpful. The food is delicious and the ice cream is sooooo good too.My only complaint is that they don’t have rum raisin ice cream, why is that? Maybe it’s finally time they put it in
This was in my forbidden chocolate ice cream. The manager on Hempstead Turnpike tried to tell me, that the object was not in his container…My niece took video of our entire interaction in which the manager was totally unprofessional and antagonistic. I have tried to reach corporate for over a week. Someone needs to contact me!!

The other night I messed up and ordered pickup on their app instead of delivery! I live 20 minutes away and realized five minutes before this store closed. I called them panicked!!! Justin and Joshua went out of their way for me!!!! Joshua came and delivered it to me free!! This poor kid was heading home and he went out of his way to deliver my ice cream that I would have been charged and not got to eat!! I cannotthank these guys enough for saving my night!!! I will love Friendly’s forever!! Thank you guys!!
Always a great spot for the family to sit-in and eat. Never a wait time. Staff is polite and friendly. Restrooms are always clean. Plenty of parking. Never over priced
We go there quite often and we are always happy with the service we get. Maureen and Nick usually serve us and we have only positive interactions with them. They are wonderful at their jobs and treat people with respect.
I was there twice in the last few months. The first time was a good experience and the food was pretty good. The second time wasn’t a good experience . The waitress wasn’t too nice to my 6 year old daughter. My daughter was excited to order her dessert called “dirt.” The waitress said something along the lines of “yes I know I heard you the 3 times you said you wanted it.” I feel that a grown person shouldn’t talk to an excited kid that way. Also, it took so long for our dessert to come out. I probably won’t be going back.
