Went in for a simple Vanilla milk shake. Instead got vanilla milk for $6. If I hadn't already left when I noticed it I would have asked for a refund.
Everyone there is lovely in the morning, been there 2x and drive an extra two mins for the better service/parking rather then the other location literally 1min away from me! Thank you ladies and gentlemen for attending me so quickly and with just charisma, really makes the start of the day just a little bit better. Keep up the great JOB!
They always get my order right, and the iced coffee/lattes are always made so delicious!! There’s 3 other Dunkin’s in less miles from my home, but this one is my fav, I don’t mind the drive.
The manager is awful. Customer service is awful. You will wait at the counter while they fill phone orders. Big nono. Go to the DD down the block. They are much better. The manage, the short, bald, white guy wants nothing to do with front of house service. And if you call to complain nicely, he cops an attitude.
Extremely unprofessional staff and managers.Danny Dazzo which is the owner’s son threatened my father from being banned from the store because apparently you can not use a picture of a coupon. Espresso always has coffee grounds in the cup when they hand it to you. Ordered curbside multiple times when they offer it and no one ever brings it out. Terrible location. Better off going elsewhere.
Terrible place I when for ice cream and from the beginning start with the excuses for a banana split no banana ? ok no problem can make me a banana split with no banana no trays the only thing they offer a cup with 3 scoops and the only dressing to put on top a cherryHow do they think that a customer will come back ? ?
They made my drink and my sandwich the best ?? not everyone can get it right I'll definitely visit here again

Came 30 mins before closing I just wanted to grab a quick coffee and when I was about to go in the worker locked the door right in front of me and walked off like he didn’t see me. Poor customer service.
