My Wife loves Chipotle, pretty much the only place we have lunch whole running errands. The Pollo Asada(o) is awesome!!!!
Rice was undercooked, but good thing they gave my money back
This is by far worst Chipotle experience. The costumer service was not bad, but the food is not fresh . Guacamole was not fresh. I ask if I could return it if it didn't taste good and they told me " we can only give you credit if it is full." I guess they they are trying to say untouched. Impossible.
Food looked old, and dos Toros is a way better option than chipotle
The guacamole was black and still being served. Gross. Staff didn’t even change when they saw it going bad.
*Just to be clear this is rating is not towards the customer service I received or the employees just the food portions*. I ordered online for a burrito bowl and a large chips. The portions were so small it’s not even worth half of what I paid. The standard paper brown bag i received was maybe 1/6 full with chips and I ordered a LARGE for $6. I payed $11 for the bowl and it wasn’t even half full. Employees were polite with helping me find my order but the portions were not it. Go in person and order if you want reasonable portions because online they’re gonna rip you off.
After I drove all the way to this chipotle(15 minutes away) so my girlfriend can pick up food from the Greene turtle. After I walk in there completely slipped my mind I needed a mask , so once an employee reminded me i asked for one but unfortunately couldn’t supply me with a mask. I just cleaned out my car and I had no mask in my car so I couldn’t not even order my food. Never coming to this location again.
The rice was totally undercooked. Food arrived cold. Please check on the kitchen staff and make sure they are okay and doing what they’re supposed to be doing which is cooking.

Went to buy dinner for veterans day and the supervisor was rude and not helpful. I would have paid full price but because of the attitude of workers I left. I guess we don't honor veterans no more.
