Didn't get the name of the young lady that helped us but she was amazing. In a time where it's hard to find good customer service this young lady went above and beyond to assist my wife and I. She answered all of our questions, was patient and understanding and also tried to sell up, a lost art in sales.....oh and the ice cream was good too.
The owner was so nice and friendly, he went above and beyond to make sure my (very last minute) cake order was done properly with all the details i asked for. Their store is very clean and neat. All their staff members were extremely polite. I honestly recommend this store.
This Carvel always has the freshest tasting cakes & ice cream.We pass all the other Carvels from Merrick because they also practice the best safety precautions as well to protect everyone.
Carvel is always classic. The service here was very good, with the young staff getting us with our simple orders out quickly, while showing tremendous patience with the kids who kept changing their minds. A nice way to end our Friday evening.

These location is usually busy, but they have plenty of employees to tackle the crowd. They have a big selection of soft serve in comparison to most locations. My favorite is the pistachio soft serve. This place has a great premade frozen novelty selection, from mini cones and mini ice cream bars, mini ice cream cookie sandwiches, mini ice cream cups bonnets, sundaes, and a great selection of cakes. This place also serves mini, small, medium, and large ice cream options. The carvels by my house don't sell a mini option so i thought that was nice.
