I made an order today 10 minutes ago. I ordered some sandwiches for my children and included in the order was 1 chicken sandwich. They handed me the food and since I was in a rush, I headed straight home after leaving the drive thru. Only after we reached home and opened the bag we discovered the chicken sandwich was missing. I was very disappointed along with the child who wanted that particular sandwich. It was especially aggravating because on the receipt it shows that I was charged for it despite not receiving it. I called the store several times but no one picked up.

They get my order wrong way too many times. It is a simple order, #8 plain with just the spicy sauce on it, yet more then a majority of the time they put the savory sauce on it also.
Great place. Came here with a big complicated order and they got everything correct. Great service and friendly employees
Would rate it Zero stars if I could. It says they are open 24 hours, yet the employees don't answer when you go to the drive thru or the window. They ignore you while just standing there even when I honked a few times. Absolutely Terrible.
Never received the message to confirmed my order. Then it said it was canceled and then the food was just dropped in front of my house. I wouldn’t have gotten it if my sister wasn’t coming home late and saw it.
It’s awesome to have a 24/7 fast food drive thru.

On July 17, 2021, I got off of work one morning and wanted to get two cheeseburgers at BK. I waited at the drivevup window and called out to the clerk. He didn't respond after three minutes until someone in a black pickup truck drove up. The clerk finally took my order. I got the cheeseburgers and drove off. I got home and started to eat the burgers. They smelled as if they were last night's leftovers set to go to the dump. I threw up whatever I started to eat and couldn't hold down water. I don't know how they expect to compete with Wendy's if they serve last night's leftovers. McDonald's has always been out of reach. Now, I hear Wendy's had taken the number two spot in fastfood burgers. ?
Not the cleanest Burger King I've been to, but also not the dirtiest. The plastic divider and the speaker setup makes it so the cashiers voice blasts at you while they cant hear your order. They should probably fix that. Soda machine is not filled. Food is ok.
