Do not order from here. I ordered from grubhub and they forgot the sauce so I called and she said she forgot it. So I drive to pick it up, then she said actually we didn't include it because we charge fir it. $1.00. They saud terrible customer service is the owners policy.We did ask for extra however they did not include any sauce in the original order nor was there an option to pay for any sauce at all. Once again poor customer service at its best. The defensiveness just shows you know your wrong.
I have been following them since they opened on Facebook. I wanted to eat here , but being from VA, the chance came on our current visit. Brought my family from Massapequa for lunch. We ordered two different wing selections, Caesar salad and burgers. Everything was great, well prepared and served in unique baskets and trays. The Montauk IPA’s were awesome. Very good service and reasonable prices. Highly recommend next time you are in my old hometown of East Meadow.
If you live or work in the surrounding area (especially NUMC) and you haven't been here yet, you are missing out on a jem!The food is on point, fresh, hot and perfectly prepared. The staff and owner are as friendly and attentive as they come. The first time I went there I felt like I was family. This has become a regular spot for me now. I even drive from my home in Massapequa to eat here. It's a must try! 15 out of 10 stars!
Good place for beer, wings and burgers. The food is fresh and you can taste it in every bite. The wings are fall of the bone and they have good flavor selection. The burger is tasty and meat is good quality. The only negatives I saw is.. they charge $3.50 for toppings when you ask for everything on the burger, which should be free when paying $15 for a double cheese burger. The burger doesn't come with fries and fries are $4.50 extra. Also for a party of six the gratuity is automatically on the bill. There is also a 3.5% charge for using your credit card, like hello who uses cash now a days??? I would have given this place 5 stars but these extra charges on the bill really annoyed the heck out of me.

In town for a soccer game & googled places near me. Brooklyn Dip & Burger came up. While the outside appeared a little daunting the food and service was excellent. Was greeted by the owner himself who was extremely welcoming. He made a specialty pizza for my son. Would absolutely recommend restaurant!
Ordered thru Ubereats for delivery. Food arrived without issue. Order complete. Smash burger with the fixings, regular fries and onion rings all excellent. Wedge salad wonderful although could have used a bit more of the balsamic glaze as a dressing. Really enjoyed this meal. We will be ordering from them again!! Highly recommend!
We were a little apprehensive about going to Brooklyn Dip & Burger, but we couldn't have been more pleased. Our burgers were great and the staff was more than accommodating, even as we arrived at closing time. Thanks for a great night. We will be most definitely be back next time we are in town.
This review poses as a first impression via delivery. I have always wanted to try this place and maybe it was my mistake by trying it by having it delivered. I wrote a review on Uber that it was bland and all the food was soggy, but let me say that could have been a delivery issue. I did however, get the order totally correct and within a timely matter. I do intend actually coming into the establishment and giving it a fair try!May I make a suggestion, don’t put down customers or make snarky remarks when it’s not warranted. Of course you get people who falsely post a negative experience. But when I have genuine concern with my delivery order, “LOL” is not a professional response. At the time I was disappointed but as a genuine reviewer, I plan to give it a proper try and will redo this review, as per my findings! I look forward to trying it out fairly!
I walked in today randomly (after shopping near by) in hopes to grab a burger. It was mostly empty inside, just 2 small groups eating and the rest was empty. I waited at the stand by the door and no one came to help me.So I went to the bar to order instead. I waited for the bar tender to finish a phone call/ order. She finished and completely ignored me. I looked at her waiting to be acknowledged and instead she turned her back to me and just ignored me. Looking at the counter and everywhere else except me. So after 10 mins of no one greeting, helping or even looking at me, I left.Definitely made me feel awkward and unwanted in this establishment. Never again. ??
