Ordered stuffed shrimp which was not edible and had to send back. Stuffing was all bread and tasteless and the rest of the dish was too salty. A side of pasta with garlic and oil, also tasteless was charged at $11. (Would not have ordered this tiny plate if I knew the price) My companions meal also was not good. The table next to us sent back all of their food and was complaining. A waste of $85.00.

The entire staff is incredibly rude. They act like you should be honored to be eating there because of its long history and connection to the islanders food wasn’t great either

A large group of us (8 teenagers and 7 adults) stopped here after a soccer game. The first thing that went wrong was that the manager refused to do separate checks for the parents/kids so at the end we spent 20 min figuring out the separate bills. We had two waiters (one new on the job) and both were poor. Our drinks took a long time getting to us. Our soups and salads would have come out with our entrees had we not reminded the wait staff we had ordered them. Soups and side salads did not come with all entrees and only came with meat entrees. Chicken parm didn’t come with pasta you had to order that a la carte. As mentioned previously when we got the bill, all seven families had to figure out their portion of the bill which took way too much time. When we received the bill portfolio one of our parents noticed a small piece of paper taped to it informing us that the prices on the menu are for those paying in cash and not those paying by credit card. It also stated that those paying by credit would be charged a surcharge and it would be added to our bill. Our waiter never informed us of this and I’m pretty sure it’s illegal to only post the cheaper price on the menu. Food was ok, waitstaff was poor, and manager was rude when we asked about the surcharge. I do not recommend this restaurant.

Old school Italian restaurant …. In business since 1955

Great restaurant! Mozzarella sticks have a great taste. Pizza was A+. Got a personal pie with mushrooms and green peppers, super tasty. Oreo ice cream cake was delicious.

First time here. We have heard great things about this place. We ordered an appetizer tray. Meatballs were barely warm but delicious. Rice balls were delicious but soggy (we like them crispy.) fried broccoli was cold but delicious.Bread was definitely frozen before. Outside was hot but middle was ice cold.Main course we ordered pasta for two.It came with lasagna, stuffed shells, tortellini, penne ala vodka. All delicious except my wife did not like meat sauce in lasagna. I did not taste it. I was full from everything else.We did not complain Maybe we should’ve.Our waiter was great. Bartender brought over our drinks. We ordered two sea breezes (which I have always know to be made with vodka ) the bartender confirmed what we ordered and she told us it was made with rum , she replaced my wife’s drink with vodka. I drank the two with the rum.Ambiance was very nice.

Food was good. Service was good. The entertainment for the night bought his stuff the the side door and kept opening it let a crazy sub artic wind into the place at least a dozen times. Definitely don't sit near a door next time especially when it's 20 degrees outside

The staff was attentive however I was a little unimpressed with the menu and quality of food.

Not too sure if I would go back. Service was ok, food was sub par. The crab bisque had a lot to be improved on, but I was hungry and forced myself to eat it. Bread basket was good. The spinach was expensive for the pile of green mess that was served. Overall, not a great experience and I would not return. The cannolis are a must if you visit though!

I was very disappointed in the food. I’m not one to care about the price but the quality. The bread was delicious but the meatballs and the rice balls tasted like it was frozen foods. Costco had better tasting food. The scallops smelled like it had ammonia. Which means the scallops were freezer burned. Although the waiter assured us that it was fresh, I can’t help but think it wasn’t as fresh as they wanted us to believe.
