Decided to try the Wagyu burger ? Arby's first burger! It did not disappoint. It's thicker than most fast food spots. Had a nice flavor but did start feeling the sodium towards the end. Also had the crinkle cut fries since I did not find the curly freis to be flavorful last time I got em. Crinkle cut ? will be my go to from now on. They look simple but when salted right are actually pretty good. Also order the chicken tenders which from my experience were tough & dry. If you love chocolate chip cookies ? like me, do yourself a favor and order their Salted Caramel & Chocolate Cookie
Ok... I don't usually do fast food-- because of its valueless nutrition and the way it "enhances" my waist? ... Yet there are times I need to indulge! It's been YEARS since I've consumed anything from Arby's-- but my beloved coworker convinced me to come along for the "curly fries."Mmm... Mmm-- Mmm!!! Seasoned to perfection and the chicken tenders were brilliant. Yeah-- I know; I'm singing the praises of a fast food joint-- but credit is given where credit is due.{The one and only drawback was the lunchtime crowd had to deal with the sole register being run by a sweet kid who kept apologizing that it was his "first day." But we've all been victim to the "First Day Blues" at some point in our lives. Yet a little encouragement from the Girlz in my crew-- along with the delicious eats went a long way}
6/1/22 Just tried the Wagyu burger it was very good , ordered inside restaurant wait time was longer then average.......but it was worth the wait ?BUT THE COST 0F ABOUT $12 FOR A COMBO MEAL IS HIGHER THAN AVERAGE BUT IT WAS A MUCH BETTER THEN A AVERAGE MEAL ?
Went through the drive through this afternoon. Gentleman got my order wrong. No prob, I asked them to credit my card back as I had to get back to work at the hospital. The guy at the window did with no apology. I asked for a phone number as this also happened three months ago with two coworkers.. and he replied "do what you want" shutting the door. Kinda rude after all the business I gave them during covid days. I like the food but it seems this place has changed. I have Wendy's checkers burger King Mc Donald' tacobell and sonics within 1/2 mile to patron. Wish the old employees were there.
The food at Arby’s is fine. The manager Anthony makes it a pleasure to be there. He goes out of his way to accommodate you. Kudos to him and the way he runs your establishment.
My friend and I come here once maybe every 3 to 4 months, and we thoroughly enjoy everything we get, we try what's new and are always satisfied. Very friendly staff always makes it a pleasure to eat there!

The service is fast and good. Their food is hot and fresh. Friendly workers and service.
My husband placed an order which contained a special 2 for $6 menu item and other items. He asked for the senior discount and it was denied. Manager stated Arby policy is no discount on specials. My husband felt the rest of his order should have been discounted. Manager refused again stating policy although it is not displayed anywhere in the restaurant. He took the bag of food from my husband, refunded his money and refused to serve him and told him to get out. Great customer service? Never go there again.
Very clean restaurant. Love the soda machine. Plenty of places to charge your phone.
