Re-training for all staff and new management is needed. 80% of the time they will get your order wrong. Staff are very unprofessional no greetings no thank you and on top of that they will give mess up your breakfast and ruin the whole day for you.
There is no communication between the employees. 2 doordash orders came in and an employee cleared them off and walked away. Never put them in nor communicated to anyone that they were there. 1 customer was waiting 10 minutes before I walked in and 10 minutes after. 1 walked in after me and was still waiting when I left. Person taking my order was very slow at the register and I had trouble understanding him. I paid for a hot large coffee and got a cold medium. Waited 15 minutes for a breakfast burrito I couldn't eat because the hash brown was like a rock. And the burrito was very loosely wrapped.
One of the worst stores. I hear things about this store. My kids and I stopped on the way home. The girl on the speaker was very rude! The same girl was just as rude to her coworker. My daughters drink was not stirred and her ice coffee was bitter. Easy fix we stirred the coffee to get the bitter taste gone! We won’t be returning!
This is the absolute worst Tim Hortons location in the area. 8/10 times the order is wrong and I keep giving this place a chance because of the convenient location. There needs to be some serious re-training of all employees.
Ordered a 40 pack of Timbits for my coworkers. They somehow managed to fit all of them into a 20 pack carton. The lady apologized for ripping the box. I can sadly say that flat and smashed timbits do not taste the same. I assume you guys were out of 40pk boxes. Apparently nobody in there thought to use two 20pk boxes. Zero stars. Take more pride in your work.
Ordered coffee with cream and sugar and instead got black tea with no cream of sugar. Bagel tasted stale and wasn't toasted.I was the only person in the drive-thru so it wasn't like they mixed up my order or they were busy absolute incompetence at this location.
No organization at this place. Always takes forever whether there are 10 cars in front of you or only 1. 5 people working should not take 10 minutes to get through a drive thru. Took forever to take my order and then it wasn't ready when I got to then window almost 10 minutes later with having to make sure the correct order was being prepared.
Don’t eat here, they clearly don’t listen to your order or care to fulfill what you ask and pay for. At 9am today, I ordered a cinnamon raisin bagel, double toasted with plain cream cheese. The bagel was NOT warm, and was completely solid as if it never went into the toaster, when I asked for double toasted. The cream cheese, what cream cheese, there was a total of 1tsp of cream cheese for the entire bagel.There was no line in the drive thru or in the building, plus we waited at the drive thru window for a good 5 minutes, therefore, there is no reason the bagel wasn’t double toasted or a decent amount of cream cheese on the bagel. They had what looked like from the drive thru window, 4 workers, so what was the issue?
Not sure who have this location anything over a 2 star rating. Unfortunately, it is conveniently located near holiday rinks, but 9 times out of 10 I leave this place saying I will never come back.3 cars at this drive through is like being 10th in line at any other location. Orders are always wrong, food is literally smashed and thrown together and under cooked. It is a horrible experience here. I have given them about 10 different tries, can't believe i have tried it that many times.
I used to have Tim Hortons every day. Sometimes a few times. But I feel like the quality has gone down significantly since the take over, so now I only go when I can't find somewhere else.
