Fast friendly service .one of the first peeps at 5am
Every time you go there the line is ridiculously long they are always out of most of the things they sell and they always hand me the wrong things that I didn’t order. I don’t understand how they mess up so much stuff it’s ridiculous.

Un personable and not very friendly. Didn’t get butter that I asked for. Contacted corporate and got the run around. Told them I would review on Google and I did. Won’t go again.
Used to be my normal Horton's until today (9-10-21) guessing new hires. Very rude, argumentative with my husband giving him medium tea when he ordered large (always). Huffed and took the tea's back, 10 seconds later gave him the 2 large's. After getting home, I opened one to stir it up and found a bug floating in the tea. Both went straight into the sink. Never will return to this location.
We had to swat away bugs while eating. I would not recommend coming here if your gonna sit down and eat inside.

Seriously?? This is a coffee and doughnut shop. You have 6 doughnuts on your drive thru menu. How is it that you are out of every single type? Back to Paula's for this customer!
