We can't order food from this location because it is either over cooked, undercooked, old, cold, etc. Now it seems you can't even get your coffee right. They are out of decaf at 7:15am even though they are a coffee place, sometimes the coffee just tastes like dirty water, sometimes it is Luke warm and sometimes it's not what you ordered all together. They also don't have straws or sleeves lots of the time. And, sometimes the drive thru is closed due to staffing shortage! I would like to know who the corporate manager and owner of this location is for this shop at transit and seneca near elma water tower and WHY ARENT THEY DOING SOMETHING ABOUT THIS??? We customers are what keeps you in business and after reading these reviews it seems like you will have less and less as time goes by. Don't you care about your business? Obviously you don't care about the customers. Time to switch to different location even if it is out of the way because it will be worth the extra time and gas.
I visited this location a few hours ago— *PICTURES* I would not even rate this restaurant 1 star. If you look closely you will see maggots in my Fruit Explosion Muffin…. I Am sick to my stomach and disgusted. Everyone please steer clear of these muffins and check your food!!! I was already halfway into eating this and I am so concerned about the safety of my health & other customers now.

This Monday, my daughter informed the girl at the window that she wanted to redeem an offer on her app, the girl ignored my daughter, then proceeded to tell my daughter to. F off then slam the door in her face and of course no receipt, the girl had blonde hair with pink streaks. Then this morning I’m at the window and asked 3 times for a sleeve for my coffee this other woman kept ignoring me, then when I asked the same girl who swore at my daughter, she threw it in the carrier for my drinks, and said yeah I didn’t hear u, being very nasty. I did proceed to tell the girl that she was being very freaking rude, then this girl proceeded to tell me to F off. I nor my family will never go there again
Waited in line 10min for 5 cars in the drive thru. Pulled out of line before ordering and left. Id rather eat dirt then give the business owner any of my $ for this long of a wait for 5 cars at 3:30pm.
Been going here for years and while I miss onion bagels and 24/7 hours it’s still my favorite location:) they always make my coffee perfect!
Most friendly service since COVID started. Great breakfast sandwiches and coffee. Wished we had one and that girl in Pennsylvania!
Drivethrough is fast, staff is friendly. I forgot parts of my large order and they gave me credit for future purchase when I called. Store manager Mark was very accommodating.
I have been going here since the store has opened. By far the customer service is awful now and so is The food quality it terrible. Today ordered a 20 pack of tim bits they are hard and half didn't even have glaze on them! Sat in line also for 15 min. I understand that its hard to get help and produce product but what you do do make it quality.I will never go back to this location!! I will travel to the one on French and Borden to get my food!
Waited 15 mins in line to order lunch at 1230 on a Saturday afternoon. Was told they are not making any food because they’re closing in 2 mins for break.
