The same drivethru lady served us 2 days in a row, 5/19 and again 5/20. Both times the same lady gave us evil dirty looks of which both I and my daughter witnessed. Sadly this 2nd visit also cost us because that drivethru lady didn't offer our change back from the bill of $8.44 with a change back of $11.56 from a $20 dollar bill given nor a receipt offered which later the Manager says is custom that they don't offer receipts there unless asked. When I told the supervisor about not getting my change back they were in the process of counting the register. .93 cents over! Thus the server pocketed $11 that belongs to my daughter!! As a retired Head Store Mgr I can easily contact District or higher which I will do. The supervisor was nice but I see other complaints too about this location so 3.9 explains what's up. Two days in a row iced coffee taste like mop water with some flavoring .. today breakfast sandwich the bagel was harder than a rock and eggs ice cold i give this place way too much money for it to be inconsistent slop … do better
The only reason why I didn't give it 5 stars is because the cream dispenser needs to be calibrated. They always put in way too much cream.
Had Our Coffee. I [ Ray ] had My Boston Creme Donut, but My Wife [ Margie ] had a French Cruller as Her Vanilla Creme was not available good atmosphere here. Good Crew too.
But low on the doughnuts. We went there at 4 pm and hardly any doughnuts left.
Covid time really hit this place hard! No staff, coffee Luke warm and stale, never right. I know short staffed, but I'm still paying full price for my coffee. All I want is hot coffee, with cream and espresso, and not Luke warm with the last drop of cream left in the cow...I'm done
I like Tim Hortons overall; however, the quality of their coffee drinks varies by location and who makes the drinks. Menu items are also not available many times. The customers service needs work too.
My coffee was warm, not hot. But worse, I was disgusted by the amount of garbage thrown around the premises. Obviously no one has cleaned up in some time, including right at the pick up window. Very disappointed.
Maybe some day theses chains/franchises will be fully functional. Burger King Corp could help by bringing people in from there home office in Canada and staff these places so they can get back to making there business thrive again!
Best Tim Hortons in the area hands down
