Our party enjoyed the evening on the lower balcony. The energy on the balcony was electric and the waitress was personable and efficient in delivering our orders. The live music started around 7pmish and it was the cherry on top of a lovely eveing.
We had a wedding celebration ceremony at The Cove a couple years back, joined by our family and friends; following our destination wedding where it was just my husband and I. The staff at The Cove made the experience like the first time we walked down the isle. Since, we return to celebrate our marriage surrounded by the tropical vibes that The Cove has to offer. In fact, we were greeted by our Event Coordinator and Owner of the facility whom ensured our dining experience was even more than we could have imagined by adding so many personal touches. Even the live band congratulated and sang to us! Thank you Brigette and Janet, and our servers! Looking forward to returning soon with our family and friends!
Great food, with many local bands playing on stage. Looking for a fun night, then check them out.
I haven't been back to Buffalo in a while, so I was surprised when my family wanted to go to a place I had never heard of, The Cove, for dinner and dancing. It was a great call.The Cove is a large restaurant featuring a number of activities, such as pool, darts, and of course live music with a huge dance floor.My wife and I each ordered wraps for dinner and we each ate about half of our meals. The portions were very generous and tasted very good. A live band (Welcome Distraction) started playing around 7:30 and we all stayed until they stopped at about 11.I am generally not one for a night of dancing, but the music was great, drinks kept flowing, and we all had a great time. One thing I appreciated about The Cove is due to its size there is plenty of space to dance or sit quietly and eat depending on what you're looking for.One recommendation is if you are going for the band call ahead and reserve a table by the dance floor. The good tables fill up quick.Honestly, I felt like I was attending a really good wedding without akward wedding toast. I will probably be back the next time I pass through Buffalo.
My husband and I had seen there was a band playing here on a Saturday evening so we decided to stop and see what they were all about. They were called the Screaming Pineapples we got to the door and there was a $10 cover charge per person to get in. I didn't want to pay it as we didn't even know if we would like the band so we sat at the bar right by the door and ordered a drink and waited for the band to start so we could decide if we wanted to go into the room where they band was playing. It said they played all kinds of music from the 50's up. We stayed for about 4 songs and they were so NOT our type of music we wanted a little bit more upbeat and newer music band. Definately not our style and glad we didn't pay the cover charge, restaurants now need the business so I was surprised there was a cover charge unless they are really hurting for food business. So we paid our tab and then found another place at another bar that had more the type of music we wanted to listen to (and no cover charge and the place was packed standing room only) which was great we then had a good time. I have been to the music the cove has in the summer on their patio and that is usually great music worth going for and being outdoors is great in the summer to enjoy our short summers
HUGE facility! And a good one! Downstairs front has a bar and dining room. To the rear is a concert venue. Upstairs another bar and a few banquette rooms. Excellent place for live music. Rock on!
Very good food , service was awesome,the live band was excellent (nerds gone wild), must have vaccination proof.
Our union's Local rented the upstairs for Holiday dinner and drinks. Beautiful place, good food, friendly staff, and the live music downstairs was great. 6/5 stars
Haven't been here in awhile was really surprised on the service. People seemed like they were going above and beyond to make customers happy. Great to see will definitely be back
Terrible. Drove almost an hour to see a band we like this evening here at THE COVE only to find out you needed to show a vaccine card . Like REALLY . Really sad . Decided to drive to The Stage in Clarence . Much better place anyway . No problems at all . Lot of great places in Niagara county to see bands as well . No masks or vaccines required. Just Normal people having fun .
