Simple fix that I’ve asked about every time it happens . I order ahead to pick up via mobile app when I get there the name is never facing outwards for me to see . I’ve asked every time if it would be possible to let clients see their name . I stood there for 5 minutes and had to ask can you spin the cups so I can see my name ? Hopefully you can start today for me and everyone else that needs to ask to see their names so we don’t have to touch one another’s cups. Thanks
i try to always avoid this starbucks and drive 15 minutes to the one on genesee because their drinks always suck. never tastes like they’re made correctly and the coffee is always weak. i’ve never been to a starbucks this bad ever in my life. none of the other locations i ever been too had their coffee tasting like this. not even to mention that they work and move extremely slow. usually starbucks is fast and they keep the line moving quick. not this one.
I am a Starbucks junkie , and unfortunately this is by far the worst location there is , the drinks are so incredibly weak ! I usually get a strawberry açaí refresher and it always tastes like dirty water , and I could never figure out how because I watch them measure it like ever other location, so I asked for a side of base to make it stronger and realized that what they do is water everything down !!! I know better then to go to this one , but every once in awhile I give it a try so I don’t have to drive 20 mins elsewhere , never again !!! But the staff is super friendly lol
I ordered a caramel Frappuccino could not taste any caramel Ann the coffee was weak. It basically tasted like ice milk.
Love coming there in the morning. The guy working the window is the sweetest! Always puts a smile on my face. Great customer service!

I went to the drive thru we didn't have to wait long. The guy who who gave me my iced coffeeh had my order ready for me when I got to the window!
They need to make a ramp from the side of Dave’s and good will parking area to make an entrance to the drive through cause the parking in the Starbucks is caos and crush with people going in the drive through and people parking to go in. Once they control the flow of traffic caos with that alternative entrance to driveway O give it 5 stars. Great staff ????
