Its not a starbucks in seattle but they do ok. can learn to love the menu a bit more if they want to improve. Maybe teambuilding with drink experimentation.
My husband loves the coffee. I like the flavored iced tea and sandwiches. Always good for gift cards for friends' gifts.
The espresso machine was broken so I had to get a Frappuccino in order to get the special pistachio flavor (this was during winter), and I couldn't get the latte. You have to walk into a department store through the exit lane in order to access the restaurant. I still come here because it's the only Starbucks nearby, but also, there's rarely a wait, and the staff really does a great job. Parking is a challenge.
Mobile ordered a chai before work and not only was it ready before I got there but the staff is always so nice. I purposefully go to that location because everyone is so friendly and kind.

They have decided to close early nightly...7:30pm they slide thing is up, other starbucks are closed completely ...ugh please stay open till 9pm

So they say closes at 9 pm online I am waiting in line at 7:58 and I am waiting patiently n its now 8:02 and I am the last person in line and they tell me that they are closed and can't service me but told the lady before me in line they told her that will take care of her because she has been waiting in line like hello ? I am the last person in line can u take care of me too nope sorry sir where closed what a joke unacceptable!!!!
