Took my friend here today for her birthday. We both got a fish fry. The portions were huge and the fish and salads were very good. We both had take out containers with enough leftovers for dinner again tomorrow. The service was excellent. Prices were very reasonable for all the food we got. Nice atmosphere. We were able to sit and have a nice conversation while eating our lunch. Highly recommend this place!
Tonight was my 1st time at Margie’s and I ordered a medium fish fry for take out. Not only was the fish excellent, ALL the sides were excellent. Many restaurants can fry a good fish, but one or all of their side dishes fail miserably. I give Margie’s a 10 out of 10. Looking forward to next week.

Fish and shrimp fry were great, service excellent, but still think they need to work on the sides, little soupy plus I’m not a mayo fan. It would be nice to have another option. But overall great

A group of us went there for a fish fry today. It was excellent. The waitresses, friendly. The atmosphere was like “I’m home.” Would highly recommend Margie’s. I left NY for NC and I miss the old family restaurant. Thank you❤️
