Grassos in Depew...................First I ordered on phone, then had to go into restaurant because the person answering phone could not understand my name is Lisa for pick up and I wanted 1/ 2 order of shells and sauce with mozzarella on top. I paid extra for mozzarella. When I opened it there was none. The young guy at the counter told me it was mixed in with the sauce. It wasn't. I asked for a manager. I got no manager. Then he put the cheese on handed it back. He then said that in future I am not allowed to order it with mozzarella on top. I said, why? I paid extra for it. He said he didn't know. I said I'll have a talk with owner tomorrow. I wonder if she is aware of how customers are being treated when she is not there. Good food and terrible customer service.
Rude staffing today they didn't feel like taking my order over the cell phone. I thought it was a bad connection so I waited until I was in a better spot to order my pizza. I tried ordering again but it just rang and rang. 3 time in a row. I really wanted some because it been about about 2 weeks and I will be going elsewhere now.
this place goes far, far, far back in my memory; when it was still located on broadway and we'd get their pizza and fingers special (especially their spaghetti pizza!!!! do they still do that????) and have dinner at my grandparents. recently reexperienced and still impressed with their food all these years later. even better is their online ordering and customer point system which is an added bonus that shows appreciation for loyalty.one huge plus (for me) is they pay attention to wing modifications. i always order wings "well done/extra crispy" everywhere i order from because i can't stand "mushy" wings and would rather risk having them be burnt out husks of their former selves. Grasso's ALWAYS perfects this and I never have to worry, they ensure wings are absolutely perfect based on order request. Thank you!
So disappointed. I can’t eat Gluten but they offer a gluten free pizza that really tasted good the first time I ordered. This second time around it looks like some just slopped the pizza in the box . There wasn’t even cheese on parts of the crust. This was supposed to be a treat but instead I ended up feeding the garbage can a $13 mess of cheese, sauce, pepperoni & my dreams of decent tasting pizza.
I was pleasantly Surprised as this was my 1st time ordering from this Pizza Place. I bought a couple of Cappicola Subs for Dinner & a Sub for Lunch for work, they were delicious. I did however glance at their Menu, and I found Mashed Potato Pizza, haven't tried it yet, however it sounded interesting. The people were nice also! Worth checking it out!!
All around really good food . In today's world we do have young people that work in places and have attitudes they're your children other people's children and possibly mine but at least the ownership takes accountability and handles it. The product is really good they're willing to make amends and in today's world that means a lot
Moved to Lancaster in 2004 and was recommended to go to Grasso's after struggling to find good pizza - very happy with that recommendation. By far the best pizza in the Lancaster area. Great food and service since 2004. Their delivery staff really goes above and beyond to deliver quickly (food always nicely intact) no matter the weather.
You had one job. Make a spinach pizza with no tomato. Fail! One order one single pizza. Order taker on the phone even read back our pizza with no tomato... 27 bucks later our one pizza is filled with tomato. Come on... seriously!?
We moved from Williamsville to this area and the first time we got this pizza we knew it was our new favorite place. The pizza is excellent very cheesy and great flavor with a good crust. The chickens wings are very good. Excellent flavor and juicy. They could be a little more crispy but they are still excellent. As a buffalo born native I highly recommend this place!
The pizza was delicious. It arrived hot. The delivery person was very nice.
