I've never had an issue with this location until my last visit. Service is always fast and friendly and the food is always good. Recently I ordered my food to go and ordered a large fry with it. I'm used to receiving a full cup stuffed with fries as well as about another cup's worth in the bottom of the bag. I attached a picture of all I received on my last visit. Remember, large fries cost over $6.00. I do not hold honest mistakes against employees that are working hard so instead I emailed their corporate office just to make sure that they hadn't changed their policy on how many fries a customer gets. It has been a week since this review and I haven't gotten a response from their corporate. Once again, they have great employees and food, but there is zero communication from their corporate office; not even an auto-reply. Now I know that the company is successful because of the hard work of the local employees. How embarrassing that the corporate office doesn't reflect the same effort.

Best five guys I've ever been in and I've been to all of them in Western New York... Misha runs a tight ship the store is spotless the staff friendly even when I demanded to see a manager with no explanation, they all kept their composure and smiles in place. Of course I just asked to see the manager to tell them good job lol
I absolutely love their Veggie Burger and Baby Fries. They also carry Fanta Orange Zero Sugar soda (as well as many other varieties, both regular and diet). What a nice treat from Diet Coke or Diet Pepsi! Service is quick, environment is clean and the employees are friendly! Very happy here ?
I love Five Guys burgers! We had dinner. My only complaint is that we ate in and many of the tables were dirty. Why wouldn't an employee be assigned dining room clean up? We are still in a pandemic!
Definitely worthy of 6 stars if that was an option! Cashier at the front was happy and friendly. Went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied with my order. Employees like this that actually care about the customer deserve great reviews. Way to go five guys! Will be back soon
Every time I go to five guys I have a great experience. Hi I always end up eating there and never leave disappointed. The only downside is it is a little pricey but you get what you pay for. ?
Burgers are yummy. Fries are just ok and too many given. Prices a bit high.Worst thing about 5 Guys...you walk out smelling like a greasy diner. They need better ventilation.
