I've seen bad reviews about this place but I normally want to give a local business a second chance. This morning I went through the drive-thru and ordered two bacon egg and cheese croissants and two hash browns. When I got home I found that I had two bacon egg and sausage croissants and one hash brown which was cold. We spoke to the manager, Christopher Kadrino to offered to replace it if I drove back there again but I wasn't about to do that. In any event, if I were you I would recommend taking the mile or so drive down the road to Wendy's or McDonald's.
This Burger King at the thruway mall has the best service of all around here!!!
ABSOLUTLEY horrible. Spent $20 getting dinner for my boyfriend, father and I. Ordered a spicy chicking sandwich meal and the fries were literally cold and hard. The sandwich was NOT spicy and falling apart everywhere. And my dads bacon king was completely smushed on the bottom of the bag. Tried calling and no answer and I don’t have a ride back and now no food to eat(: I’m aggravated and will literally never go there again unless it’s to get my money back
Never warm food. Its like they pulled a burger out of the fridge and handed it to me

As usual, service was fast, efficient and friendly. Considering prices during this pandemic, the cost of my meal was more reasonable than at some other places. The restroom was clean; however, toilet tissue was missing. Thankfully, I carry facial tissues in my jacket pocket.

Service is good, employees are nice, but this place needs to learn how to salt the dang fries. I do not mean they have very little salt...I mean they have none
