This is a strange Burger King. I don’t want to knock staff or quality of food, the latter being a Burger King so it’s consistent to others; however, as they’re all individual franchises, prices differ as well as availability. For some reason this location doesn’t carry jalapeño bites, a minor inconvenience which is okay since it’s not compulsory and can get them elsewhere. However, the fact that their large fountain drink is over $1 more than other burger kings is wild! Across the board, a large fountain drink is $2.38 at other burger kings (a couple cents different in Niagara county,) but here, I forget the exact but it’s over $3 and definitely over the .38 in change mark because I remember byhh hitt the first time just thinking it was a mistake
Their food taste good... but three times now my boyfriend ordered a spicy ch'king and twice they messed up and gave him a regular one. Plus they lied to Google about being open till midnight. Went the other night to get some food around 11 and the people working said they were closed. And then rudely said it again without giving us enough time to back up and leave before repeating themselves. Maybe they should pay attention more to the hours they list online and the people taking the order.
Worst experience ever! I went through drive thru ordered an original chicken sandwich and a cha king chicken sandwich, we pull up, pay and then they asked us to pull around they were waiting on the chicken, so we pull around and it took them 15 minutes to bring it out. A second car that pulled around got their food before us. Very disappointed
Everything was great until I got to the bottom of my coffee. The whole bottom of the cup was full of coffee grounds. It was disgusting. Also the cup was only half full. So disappointed. I got 2 cups of coffee and have to throw out the other one didn't even bother to drink it.
The only person at the place and they messed up the order completely. First time I didn't check my to go order n both whoppers were wrong!! Never again !
Messed up the order, got single whopper instead of double. Everything else was yummy, especially the Ch-King sandwich!
The pop machine and countertops around the machine are really nastyGirl serving food was scrapping floors with a cleaner and putty knife and never washed her hands before serving food so gross
This location has gone way downhill recently. They consistently mess up my orders. Between giving me the wrong sandwich, making the sandwiches wrong ( I don't order anything custom) or just forgetting them all together. Take the extra few minutes and go over to the one on French road. This location needs to get it together or close down again
They had great Customer Service when I went, but it's Burger King
Can't beat a flame broiled whopper! Pretty happy with the service here too. It's not often you go to a fast food place, and they actually get it right. Thank you, burger King!
