Staff was super friendly! They made sure we were taken care of, even though they were super busy. Solid and affordable steak dinner!
The car side pick up was busy when I first pulled in but in less than 3 minutes I was checking in and less than 10 minutes I had our dinner. They make picking up a breeze. Great service
I enjoy the baby back ribs and they did a good job. The portions are smaller but that great smoked grill flavor was on point, my hat off to the chef. This is a great place to take the family, the employee were friendly and the food was delicious. ?
The bar tender was bias, he totally ignored us waiting to be served. Finally some customer at the bar told him to serve us. He gave us red wine in dirty glasses which had the sauce on them. Just imagine its covid everywhere and the wine served in dirty glasses. I was scared and couldnot sleep all night. Assuming we might have caught covid. Shame on him.tje food came 1 hrs late. And we were charged for the sauce. Lol they must be kidding me. I am never going there again. Be cautious eating at such a place !
Food and service is great , I just hate that Everytime I order the spin. Dip it's put on top of the bag and always spills over . I order it like once a week and have said something several times but nothing changes . Nothing worse then getting home and half of your order spills out .
Amazing "Clubhouse Grille" sandwich and Side Caesar Salad. My friend had a delicious Southwest Style Chicken Rice bowl. Raspberry iced tea for me and coffee for her, almost entirely covered by a $25 gift card I gave her for Christmas. All the food so tasty, and perfectly prepared in good time. A great lunch experience today in Depew, NY.

Ordered from this location only twice and both times my to go order was missing extra sauces that I was charged for. The food was alright, pretty good actually. Just annoying when you want some extra bbq sauce for your ribs and it’s not there even though You paid for it. I probably sound like a “Karen” but it makes me regret tipping 20% both times. Probably a better idea to dine in at this location.
Definitely lacking in the Customer Service department here ... It took roughly an hour for our appetizer to make its way from the kitchen to the table, and then an additional 15-25 minutes for our actual meals... If it were busy, it's something that could be understandable, but today it was not busy at all (maybe a total of 20 patrons split between 4 or 5 seating areas at lunch time)On top of the slow arrival of our food, the ribs came out luke warm, overcooked, with little to no meat on the bones... The chicken tenders for the 4 Cheese Pasta were also overcooked with the pasta lacking sauce....
We were only there for a couple of drinks at the bar but friendly staff, good drinks and great atmosphere.
