The employees steal from the store and customers over-charge for prices
Y is this tall size cup the same amount in $$ as the venti cup. Sum doesn’t add up!!!! I am so mad!!! No way u pay $7-8 for a venti nd pay $7-8 for a tall?
Hyper inflated prices, $8 for a medium hot chocolate. Don’t come here just not worth it go to a regular Starbs this is just ridiculous!!
This place is absolutely disgusting. First of all, I don’t know when the last time they changed the food in their pastry case but it is all MOLDY. The staff is extremely rude. It’s also insanely more expensive than a regular starbucks. DON’T go here. There’s one down the road.
This Starbucks is terrible. The service was so slow and incompetent. They got multiple orders incorrect infront of us which only made our long wait even longer. We spent over 15 mins waiting for 3 drinks. They then got my nephew's order wrong, so we had to wait even more for them to remake it. Such a waste of time and money.
the staff has a terrible attitude, they are incredibly rude. they charge $1 for a cup of water, their merchandise is all marked up incredibly high. reusable cups were marked up an extra $10. i dont know what’s going on at this store but it’s not right.
This location is the sole reason I've stopped being a Starbucks customer! Inflated prices (compared to avg. Starbucks). The nerve to charge for tap water after spending a considerable amount on food and drinks, and miserable staff.
Terrible prices !!!! Wow!!! 8$ for a pink drink 1$ for ice water??? What ?? Every other Starbucks is half the price !!!
absolutely worst staff and service ever. i work in the outlets so i’ve been here numerous times just because it’s the only place of convenience. my coworkers and i rarely get what we order and the staff is so rude. for example, today was black friday i understood that it was hectic and naturally as per usual was once again given the wrong order after waiting in the cold for 30 minutes to order because they wouldn’t let anyone wait inside in the heat. i politely said “ hi i’m so sorry i know you’re busy right now but this isn’t what i ordered” and the employee rolled his eyes at me and proceeded to tell me if i wanted something else i’d have to stand in the 45 minute line once again instead of remaking a simple iced coffee with almond milk (takes two seconds to make) i had no time to wait in line as my break was nearly done. the location is constantly out of supplies and i’ve rarely ever had a good experience. i’m not one to leave negative reviews but this isn’t a one time experience i’ve been going to this starbucks for over 7 months quite regularly constantly hoping it gets better, but it doesn’t.
I go in here at least twice a week and every time I do they are warming, welcoming and friendly the moment I step in the door. This one is much closer to my job and it feels more personal than other Starbucks. I will continue to give this store my business because od the excellent service and delicious drinks!
