The food was good. The service was horrible. And I'm not sure what the hell was up with the menu at the drive thru. It was set to "let me blind the customers" I actually had to wear my sunglasses while ordering. By the time I got to the window, the food wasn't ready. They had me pull up and wait. I sat waiting for almost 30 minutes. I had to go in and the order hadn't even been started!
The kids love the chicken. The price is a high but we only treat them once in a while. The line was a little slow tonight. Not sure why though.
Great chicken ? sandwich. I like the brioche bun and the sauce. They were also generous with hot sauce packets.
I totally understand the understaffed issues, but that should not roll into bad customer service. Counter person was unfriendly. Basically had a chip on his shoulder. The coke was more seltzer and seemed annoyed when I said was empty. I'd rather driver to another location than return there.
Not sure haven't eaten their chicken burgers for a long time or what, on the poster, one spicy chicken sandwich(no french fries or drinks) is $3.99, while we ended up to pay $7.99. If the price has changed, they need to update their poster.
Went to the drive thru at the Deer Park Ave. in Deer Park, location. , Orders were taken for the cars ahead of us, but when it was our time to place our order, no one said any thing. We kept saying hello, excuse me, with no response. Sat there for 10 minutes. Very unlikely we will go back to that location.
We went through the drive through and asked if I can have the 11 piece special in mostly if not all thighs.She said o.k.Upon getting home we discovered it was just the regular assorted variety. Very dissatisfied with that but overall it ws very fresh and tasty.
The lines are painfully long and everytime I tried to order something they didn't have it. Don't go there within 2 hours of them closing, you will be disappointed.
The tend to mess up my order and won't have the sauces that go with the meal you order and will not tell you. They also tend have items that are on the menu. Open your box and check your order before pulling off.
The line at the drive through moved quickly. The cashier who took my payment and gave me the food was very friendly.The chicken sandwich I ordered was hot and seemed freshly cooked/heated up. It was tender and juicy. The fries were delicious!I will definitely be going there again.
