One of the best subs I’ve ever had! The girl who made my sandwich, Jaelyn I believe, was so sweet and was very patient as I made up my mind! Exceptional customer service and great food as well, will most def be coming back!
Customers waiting in the store should be taken care of first. My sandwich was made and was waiting for “ Mike’s Way”, when I stood there watching as about 5-6 sandwiches made after mine were packaged to go out to online orders, Grubhub and Doordash!!!! If you want customers to return to your store don’t leave them waiting!!!!!!!

Very rude associate when asked politely how long for the gluten free bread to defrost and he said were out of it thats it im not dealing with this right now. The associate that was helping us was very polite it was another person not helping us. Extremely rude when i asked a simple question and wouldve been happy with any answer.

Horrible service.. They make you wait!! They mix up orders!! Not worth the wait in line.. They need to get better management!!
Normally the food here is decent the chipotle Philly cheese steak is my go to but this time the steak was really dry like it sat on the grill for a very long time and the cheese seemed reheated and dry. The weirdest part though is I ordered a basic popular sandwich that has 5 ingredients but they somehow forgot 2 of them (the peppers and onions) and I was the only person in the place.
I absolutely love Jersey Mike's! Food is always fresh and staff is always friendly.
