I really like the coffee here and they also have very nice croissants which is quite a rare thing on Long island. Unfortunately, not 5 stars, because stuff here is just rude and they don't like answering questions about the menu. 2/3 times were very unwelcome and passive aggressive. Please do something about it.
***UPDATE*** An important thing to remember is though an employee may not give you the best experience, it doesn't necessarily reflect the heart or spirit of that company; In conclusion, Gregory's Coffee. What began as an unfortunate experience became something I never expected. The District Leader, Dan C, reached out immediately per my initial review and invited me back to give me a different experience, which was WARM, INVITING & KIND by Bianca & Shirley. In the end, the cookies were delicious, the coffee was completely better than initially AND their compassion for how I felt as a customer makes Gregory's Coffee a Solid contender in the coming years even to Starbucks. Fresher Pastries, no dairy free up charges, an atmosphere that's Chic yet minimal & clean & especially, ESPECIALLY the way their staff treat YOU. 5 Stars.
I used to bring my dog here, but got kicked out by the cash register since she hates dogs and claimed they weren’t support dogs. My dog is a support dog. She should have told us after we walked in rather than having us decide what to order and wait online. Never going back again. They used to have nicer workers when they opened. I added pictures of my dog when he was greeted by nice dog lover employees who are no longer there. :(
Great atmosphere - very clean and bright. Perfect for a quiet working session. Delicious coffee.
Loved the ambiance. Nice food and good vegan options.
Ordered a black coffee with sugar and milk, they got it out quick. The atmosphere of this location is rather simplistic, but it works in this shops favor by being inviting. I like how well heated the place was when I entered one cold winter morning before work. I will definitely come here again when the time calls for it due to the nice aesthetic, staff, and coffee.
Absolutely loved the vibe here! The plants, the music, the decor and customer service was great. I sat down to drink my coffee and I love love love the vegan options they offer. You can choose almond milk/oat milk and I can’t recall the other options as a replacement. I would highly recommend stopping by for coffee with friends. They have outlets if you bring your laptop or want to charge your phone.

Love the vibe of the store as well as the smoothie. However I do have a few things i wasn’t pleased with. The menu behind the counter is constantly changing, so you are missing the chance to fully look at it in one go. It also neglects to show there specialty drinks for longer than a few seconds. The “toasted marshmallow” latte tasted kinda funny and after watching the menu I realized there was “ground cloves” if knowing this before hand I would’ve had the chance to ask for the drink without.Overall, I’d come back for the smoothies over the coffee
The girls working there were rude and seemed to be annoyed at the fact my girlfriend and I were asking too many questions about the menu. The online menu and the store menu are extremely different. For example, Gregory’s advertises Açaí bowls on their website, but this store doesn’t have. The girl also told us to put masks on even though she and her other employees were wearing them below their noses. To the manager and/or owner, hire better people to run your store because the concept is great - your employees are just rude and hypocritical. Will not be returning.
