Workers are very rude, do not make food right and have no idea what’s on their menu. They lock the doors 15 minutes before closing. I turned around to go back in and get something that was missing from my food and they’re laughing at how the door is locked and they were not trying to open the door. I will not be coming back. Terrible service. The 2 girls in the front on 3/17/22 around 9:40 PM were very rude.
Before ordering my quesadilla i verified with the girl what would be inside of it to make sure there was nothing i was allergic to inside. The girl told me it was exactly as shown in the menu in store different from the online menu. I ordered my food and went to check it before i left and there was added peas and carrots which i had verified would not be in my quesadilla. The girls claimed spinach peas and carrots are always mixed together and that’s how it is but I’ve gotten it previously and there was no peas or carrots and i was assured there wouldn’t be any. They had no solution to this problem. And there poor customer service wouldMake me not want to return again

I asked for my food to be bagged and stapled so that I could be sure nothing was tampered with during delivery. I received my food it wasn’t bagged. When I called to check if they had remembered to bag the items individually I was rudely answered and then ignored and then the phone was passed to someone else. when I asked who I spoke to they refused to tell me and so I asked if they were able to bag the items (I was trying to figure out if my food was tampered with or if energy fuel genuinely forgot). I was cut off in conversation, spoken over and then eventually told “I don’t have time for you” and hung up on. I left clear instructions and for good reason and the customer service was horrible. The food is not worth the poor service and lack of concern or care for their customers. I spent over $34 on my food and would happily have done so but the customer service was disgusting.
Terrible service, manager is rude and unprofessional. the young ladies upfront don’t know how to do their job. Never coming back again. If i can rate this 0 stars i would.

I personally always get the recovery shake. And I gotta say it’s too good. Not too sweet, not bland and the oats just make it all that much better ⚡️ The staff here treat you with respect and are always kind as it should be! Thank you!!!
This place is a mixed bag...generally the food is good if u keep it simple . There are issues with communication with counter persons , but they looked a bit over worked and tired......I ve come back a number of times and have been generally satisfied..it s not the four seasons , and to expect amazing service I think would be a mistake ...it s nuts and bolts fairly healthy food in and in an area surrounded by burgers and Chinese food I would not complain . And my Greek salad with salmon was excellent and my wife loved her Mediterranean salad
Bad vibes. Ladies at the register barely understand what you’re telling them. Gave me hard time because I wanted to change something in my order. Food is mediocre and the manager lacks basic customer service skills. If I could rate this dump 0 stars I would.
