Went for the buy one get one free sundae and what we got was ice cream in a cup? We were only allowed soft ice cream with toppings but no sundae syrup. Plus we were definitely over charged. Will never go back there again.
Wow so good ice cream cake and I really like the carvel ice cream . So yummy and delicious.
Love this place. The workers are super fast and friendly. Shop here at least twice a week. What can I say I love ice cream. And Carvel is the best
The owner Cathy is so NASTY, to EVERY customer that enters her establishment. She shuffles people through like cattle, yelling “what you want?”, “let’s go move”. She said that to an elderly woman that could barely walk. Don’t bother ordering anything other than a small, you will only be given 1 scoop no matter what size you order. Every time I go in there, all the patrons complain about her.

Absolutely ridiculous! I’ll be calling the owner. Firstly, I call and the girl who answers says they’re closed at 8:50 when online it says till 9:30. When I mention online says till 9:30 she says well if you come in I’ll help you (as if she’s doing me the favor for staying open the time she’s suppose to be).
Nasty lady... Went in many times to order pistachio soft serve and she refuses and makes believe that she doesn't understand you when you tell her that the ice cream is too soft and to let it run a little bit before putting it into the cone. The man who runs the store and I believe who is the owner is very curt and not very obliging at all. I went in to buy a $47 ice cream cake from my wife's 60th birthday and he told me he didn't have time to put flowers on it. For a business that achieves high margins it's hard to believe that he didn't have time to put flowers on a $47 sale. What a j**** TOM CARVEL IS TURNING IN HIS GRAVE!

The lady that owns the place is very nasty , our cat ran away and since we were customers there we asked to put a flier, about our lost cat in the window and she said no , no fliers that this is her business and told my 9 y/ o daughter no, and everyone else in Deer hills shopping said yes , now we go to Rita's for ice cream or the other carvel
